Responses were 4 days between almost every communication, Thus, not even seeing a design for a…read moremonth. For basic artwork I had to gather the images myself (more days wasted on the communication and lack of design research). Even still, they promised to meet production for my party of 100+ but ended up leaving me with no gift at all. Each communication I stressed the date and that I was getting concerned. They took NO responsibility and expressed no empathy for the delayed design services but afforded me the option to receive my items two weeks after my party, which did me no good. I will not recommend them.
