I walked into the store at 3pm on a Friday, needing a metal plate engraved VERY quickly. Tina saw the fear in my eyes when she said they were closed tomorrow (and I needed this before Monday). She graciously offered to make the plate right then and there, having it done in 45 mins! She didn't just make me one plate, either... She heard me tell my husband that I was not going to order one in each color (silver and gold) because it was silly and we simply needed to pick a color. I told her we did not have a frame yet, since I was going to pick that up next, and we didn't know which color would be best, so she ended up making us one of each and didn't charge us for the second one! I think it is safe to say, their customer service was second to none, and I cannot recommend this business highly enough. I will be going back for all of our future award and engraving needs. Very helpful and nice! Quick turnaround, ready on time, and only a few bucks to engrave and add a plaque to a perpetual trophy. Only downside was confusion over price between what I was told ahead of time, what I was told when I dropped it off, and what was eventually charged. But it was a different person who said $20 from the one who does the engraving and it all worked out to be the cheaper first estimate in the end. Thanks for your work! read more
