He will overcharge you for services and not complete the work that's paid for. Unprofessional, his team is overseas & do not properly know how to build a website! You'll pay for hosting and maintenance that he will not provide that will be unbeknownst to anyone new and just starting their business at first. He configured something wrong with the hosting he chose to put my website on which led my site not to be seen or able to be pulled up. After 3 weeks of going back n forth with the hosting network & internet carrier who could not find my website as well , I finally asked him to move my site to a new hosting network. Which he did & everything became accessible & visible instantly yet at an additional $400 upon $1600 he had already received. He made me pay for his mistake of choosing the wrong hosting or/and configuring my website wrong with the hosting network. I also purchased my logo with him which he gave to me in the wrong format so when I had shirts made with the logo. The shirts came out distorted & blurred which he didn't want to take responsibility for. Which I had to eat that cost for shirts I couldn't use! He doesn't have know of the actual website. One of his overseas worker did the building of the site which had many problems, misspelled words, mismatched colors. Trying to communicate with the person overseas was a nightmare! Didn't get the proper training of everything need to run my website! He did NOT keep up the maintenance of the site! Just got paid for nothing. He always kept rescheduling and cancelling our meetings which put me months behind. Once I finally decided to part ways, we were scheduled for a meeting that morning upon 3 other weekly cancelled/ rescheduled meetings, he was a NO SHOW! A complete waste of my time! And waste of money! He a complete fraud! I took my business to a much qualified competitor!!

A few weeks ago, I dropped of my HP laptop at Uptech because it had become extremely slow during…read morestartup. It was taking 15-20 minutes to boot up. In the more recent cases, it would crash during startup. I assume it was loading corrupt drivers or programs we didn't need. After a week for analysis, the Uptech representative called to say we needed a new hard drive, replacement cost of $300. For some reason, that seemed incorrect. I then remembered that a couple of other complaint/comments on their website mentioned the same repair. It just didn't seem correct. I begin to ask around with some of my friends in the IT industry. They recommended downloading the app cclean, a "disk drive cleanup app". After using the app, which I ran multiple times and with various programs being reinstalls, I now have an operating laptop. It is almost as fast as when I bought it from Best Buy. Crockett B. Maybe the time spent on the cleanup process would have cost around $300 in tech time so it is easier for Uptech to sell you a new hard drive. I just don't know. I do know that my laptop is A OK.
