I moved here 5 years ago. I have to say ever since Chris took over. This place is getting better. He has made it his goal to improve what was lacking. The company as a whole are trying to draw our community together. They had a movie night at the pool. My boys and I needed cheering up. If I could give this place a zero I would. Managment does nothing about anything. They say they will but they do not. I have bugs from a neighbor and they do nothing. I pay through my lease for them to handle it and they do not. I have neighbors up all night Keeping my kids and I up all Night and early morning and they say they will " talk to them" but they don't bc it's not ending. It's horrible. read more

Upstairs neighbors dog is still peeing thru my patio ceiling and when I went to the office they offered to call them. Not only is it difficult to file a claim for my damages but when my AC went out it took them multiple visits to fix my issue I was not compensated for my horrible living environment. Update the property manager has yet to reach out to me and fix any of my problems even after multiple attempts of reaching out to them. We have been here several months now. 1. People don't pick up dog poop We suggested to management a couple options that other competitors like the Oasis use and they told us there isn't anything they could do about it. 2. People aren't walking their dogs on leashes. In fact, when I came in today to complain there was a woman with her dog off a leash in the lobby. Not only did a resident we know get attacked by a dog off leash, but she had to go to the hospital for sustained wounds. We have an emotional support dog registered with the office. It has had non leashed dogs run up in an aggressive manner (I've had to pick her 65 lbs up several times since we moved here). 3. Homeless people dig in the trash. I have several photos of homeless people digging in the trash pulling out bank statements. When I called the office they told me it was my responsibility to deal with it. (So I'm posting about it here) The office is aware of unregistered dogs, but they refuse to take control of the situation. I'll be posting pictures on here. read more

The leasing office is a joke and they don't do anything to improve this neighborhood. There are countless potholes in this neighborhood, I've had to get my tires replaced on a couple of occasions because of the issue and they refuse to do anything to help out with the costs, but they will charge you $50 if you have anything at all on your balcony or patio. This place has gone to shit ever since this new guy, Chris, took over as property manager. Don't live here. read more

This urbanization has a great location and great schools but the bad thing is the maintenance it has, it is terrible, all the streets in the urbanization are full of holes, the garbage is thrown around the garbage can, the buildings are dirty and full of mold Outside and inside they seem very good until you see the wren coming out of everywhere. read more

Absolutely awful. The complex, the staff, the maintenance. All awful, I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've lived here for three years, over the course of those three years they continuously shut off my water to do "repairs" only to cut my water pressure in half to a point where I had to remove my dual shower heads and replace it with a small one, my FRONT DOOR has pretty much NO security and it can be kicked In with ease, and their solution to fixing this issue was to stick nails in the frame. My bathroom door recently split in half. As a result they BOLTED IT SHUT with RUSTY nails, screws, and plaster. It looks like absolute trash, and they left my apartment with said rusty nails in my carpet and wood chippings all over the floor. They have closed about four maintenance requests now regarding my door. They refuse to update me. I call them at LEAST 6 separate times a day for the last two and a half weeks. First it was on back order okay I get that. Then they finally got it five days ago. They claimed they knocked on the door and no one answered but my roommate and I were home that day, no one knocked or attempted to contact us (even though I have selected to PLEASE contact me when they are coming). Today I once again tried to contact them, no luck. They closed the office and left before 5:00pm closing time, because I was at the office AT 5pm knocking on the locked door. This place is embarrassing. Terrible service and terrible staff. I would absolutely take my money and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Also enjoy the pictures of the terrible job they did on my door, and the nasty rusty nails they left on my counter afterwards. The property manager is unprofessional, every time I ask the office staff to put me on with the manager they always go and "relay a message" for me NO!!! I WANT TO TALK TO HIM DIRECTLY!! I lived there for two years, in the beginning everything was good. Then things changed, we were supposed to have pest control but they never seem to come, so the roaches always gave a huge problems. Then my cars got the 4 wheels stolen and they did not care. It wasn't the first time that happend there. The lady from the office just said "that can happen anywhere" "we don't have cameras so i'm sorry". Now because of that we decided to move and took pictures of everything in the apartment and everything was good. Now I have a letter saying I have to pay $686.64 because of the carpet. Really!!!! Everything is old in the apartment and tgey want to charge us to get it new? Thank God I have all my pictures and a really good lawyer. The place is old, and it's falling apart. Maintenance either doesn't know how or doesn't want to fix the hole in my ceiling. Even after I called in several times and went to the office, I'm still not getting any results. I'm paying for an entire apartment and can only use half of it. It's like you ordered 2 burgers and they only gave you one, you would be pretty upset right. I don't know what the hell is crawling around in that crawlspace but I sure don't want it in the apartment with me. If you want me to continue to do my part like paying the rent you're gonna have to do your part like make the repairs. Otherwise I'll put your money into an escrow account and when you take me to court and the judge asks me why I am not paying my rent. I'll just show him the pictures, and give the rent to the court. Absolutely nothing to love about this place. Dog poop everywhere, maintenance is extremely slow, Wesley and Brian are the best guys and the only employees I'm delighted to deal with. The people in the office hate their jobs so much it shows. They recently changed management and I haven't seen any progress or positive changes here. Aside from all the obvious stuff you can see with your own eyes, there's a lot of little things you won't see right away. Roaches everywhere. I lived in Camden lee vista for 6 years and didn't see so much as an ant. I move here and roaches run around like they pay rent. Another thing, Eddie is quite possibly the worst maintenance employee and human being I've ever had the displeasure of meeting and dealing with. I don't know if he has some kind of Napoleon complex, but this dude is disrespectful and has no idea how to talk to people, especially women. When I first met him, I thought he was a bit too invasive and was put off by how much he talked about things that made me uncomfortable being alone with him in my apt. My mom seemed to get along with him so I put up with him. He used to come to my apt to fix things and would end up having to return because he didn't fix it right the first time. Then one day he came to fill a work order to fix the shelves in my closet. I wasn't home and they did not have permission to enter when no one was home. He entered anyway. On top of entering when he wasn't supposed to, my dog ended up growling at him and he admitted to screaming at my dog to scare him. My dog is an 8year old Chihuahua dachshund mix. He's not aggressive. He won't bite you unless you approach him and try to touch him and doesn't know you. I was furious to find out that he entered my apt, screamed at my dog scaring him in the process, and then DIDN'T EVEN COMPLETE THE WORK ORDER. When he came back the next day to complete it I was home with my my mom. I confronted him about doing everything he shouldn't have done and instead of an apology the man copped an attitude and left the apt without doing any work. From then on my mom and I cut ties and didn't communicate with him again. But of course, he was determined to stay involved in the background. He made sure his presence was felt. From then on, he begins to drive his little golf cart blasting salsa music off a speaker at 8am in the morning. He would park right in front of my window and leave the cart and music playing while he went into apts to work. People that live here and pay rent don't even blast music that loud at that time. Both my mom and I have complained to the property manager about it over 5 times. Nothing changes. If I can hear it so clearly that my sleep is interrupted, AND I'm a heavy sleeper, AAAANDD I'm on the 3rd floor, what does that tell you? That means the other neighbors can hear it too. So It's not just me. today my mom decided to take matters into her own hands. She calmly approached him and politely asked him if he could lower his music when passing by. He immediately erupted and began to yell and cause a scene flailing his hands in my mother's face. He's an unstable person working around other people and that's not a good mix. If you live here or are deciding whether or not to move here, that's something to consider because he may just your designated maintenance boy. Keep him away from your small children and pets. He's disrespectful and thinks he doesn't have to answer to anyone. I never got a good vibe from him and my gut was 150% right. He said we are known as the complainers, but if asking for regular maintenance to be done REGULARLY, aka asking you to do you damn job, makes us complainers then so be it. Take my advice and don't move here. There are way better options. read more

I just want to say that we have only been here for 4 months in the complex. And at first everything was great. We were desperate to find an apartment so we took what we got accepted for. But after living here these few months it has just been problems after problems. I'll start by say that we are paying for an "upgraded" apartment. In no way shape or form is this apartment upgraded. They slapped some paint on the wall changed the carpets and call it a day. We have had Maintenance in our home every month fixing things that seem to have been overlooked when they "upgraded" this apartment. Cabinets falling off, they had to fix the faucet so that I can plug up my washer. The sink was leaking. And all though they come to fix it, you would you agree with me on the fact that we were supposed to have an upgraded apartment. BUT, on top of all these problems, my main concern with this complex is that they have been shutting off the water every month for the past 4 months that we have been here. They say that it's supposedly a maintenance issue with the pipes. But how long does that REALLY take to fix? I think that since the water bill is included into our rent, they think that they can just shut the water off every month, to try and control the amount of water that is used in the complex. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! With me and my partner working 6 days a week and on our only day off we have no water until who knows what time is just unbelievable. read more

Love it! I have moved in after the new company has taken over. I chose one of the apartments that hasn't been updated since it is cheaper. I live on the third floor, need the exercise. Since I've moved in I've been able to do all my maintenance requests online, they're completely redoing EVERYTHING outside. It's amazing! New pool, new lights, new signs, new asphalt, new siding, everything. I love it! I tell so many people about this complex and how it's conveniently located across from Wal-Mart, Police station, and the Hospital. I love it and I recommend living here! read more

We moved in just over a month ago, and we love it! The community is quiet, they are quick with maintenance requests, and the office staff is always super friendly. I moved there in August 2016 and it was downhill from there. I moved out in in May 2019 and it was decision that had to me made. When I first moved there the property was more pristine but as time progressed things started to deteriorate. Roaches showed up in large numbers, propane tank outside my door, dog sh*t from the door to the car (I have pix...you basically needed a GPS to navigate around those things), parties late at night without regulation just outside my door, fingernail polish graffiti in the mail box areas, could hear every step made by the upstairs neighbor, at times loud music, police and fire departments presence slightly increased, cars parked in the parking lot that were not registered are just a few issues. And how can I forget the subtle and unprofessional posture of Noreen Ramirez. Her subtle threat of not putting the bill collectors on me after owing about $202 for the move out. Yes, the $300 deposit was wiped out from the day I signed the initial contract. They have systematically found a way to take your deposit on day one even if you left the place in a decent or better condition. read more
