While I must say that the ladies did an amazing job they broke a very small and inexpensive…read morefigurine and then lied about it. They threw it away where I retrieved it from the trash and was able to glue it. Then, after speaking to the owner she had me take a picture of the figurine as proof and then, when the women still stuck to their story she basically called me the liar. SO, since this was a cheap little figurine - although valuable to me - I can only imagine what would happen if they broke something of real value. I wasn't even mad about the figurine - accidents happen, but was SO disappointed how this was handled. There are plenty of other cleaning companies in Traverse City so do yourself a favor and pick any one of those over At Your Service Cleaning - because they are clearly NOT at your service. L.J.
