I have more than a month in agony using mask because they do what they know and NO what you asked for... at the end Dr. Pasha dissolved my fillers and I LOST $1,000. This is my personal experience as a patient for the last 12 months with Florida cosmetic center. I initially found them and their weight loss program. While I don't feel the program is revolutionary or the sole reason for my weight loss it did help with my energy and metabolism as well as accountability. Total loss has been 22 lbs. I was confident to discuss chin and neck lipo with them once I was in the program, they answered all my questions and were very kind. I have wanted neck lipo since I was 20 as I've always carried fat there regardless of my weight. The day came in October to do the procedure and I was terrified, but they made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr Pasha's bedside manner is extremely kind and empathetic. And the results blew me away!!! I've never felt so confident!!! 14 years of being self conscious of my chin and neck gone in an hour!!! I only wish I did it sooner. Next up was lips and some frown line filler, again I was a bit nervous but Sophia, Paola, and Dr. Pasha all worked to make me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. pasha really goes above and beyond to reduce pain to nearly nothing. I assumed lip filler would be very painful but all of his tricks reduced the pain so much. Dr. Pasha is amazing as is his staff and facility. First, I have no experience with cosmetic procedures. Dr. Pasha offered a free consultation which was brief and very helpful. That alone helped me make the decision to proceed. Payment and scheduling were a breeze--this is where Dr. Pasha's staff shine. They were all extremely well-informed and made the process simple. I booked immediately. Upon arrival I felt like I'd entered the best spa you could find. It's gorgeous, welcoming and comforting. I was quickly checked in and shortly found myself in a treatment room. Likewise, it was very comfortable and included great music and a HD TV! I was definitely more at ease after seeing the room. As for the treatment itself it was so easy! Dr. Pasha explained the procedure very clearly along with risks prior to starting. The procedure itself including the anesthetic took roughly two hours during which time I was never uncomfortable or concerned. Dr. Pasha was exceptionally attentive to details. When complete I felt great and was super prepared for aftercare thanks to the directions provided. After a week the results are INCREDIBLE. It doesn't look or feel like I've had anything done. I'm returning for touch-up and fine tuning soon. I cannot recommend Florida Cosmetic Center enough. read more

Followed them on social media after calling about services and was almost immediately informed of a special. Booked my appointment easily the following day via text. I arrived early and was seen straight away. It was the first time I saw a doctor for Botox (in CA a nurse can do it) he was SO professional. It was also the first time I was given less then I normally do. (He wasn't trying to up-sale just gave me what I needed. I asked about different treatments and was told I don't need them right now. I loved his honesty and attention to detail. Obviously it hurt a little but I've had way worse and usually bleed. The lady at the front desk applied my points and without using any credits I still paid the least I ever had for Botox. Also the room was beautiful with great music and fun stuff to look at. Oh, and the building is super nice too:) Eek, after 2 weeks the policy is to add a touch up if you are not satisfied. I have noticed no improvement so I did so. I was told I can come in and get more Botox at the same rate but no free touch up. Still great service but, I have paid more for better results. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Botox and Juvederm Ultra when visiting Dr. Pasha last week. It was my first ever cosmetic procedure, the staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Everyone answered all of my questions and the appointment scheduling was extremely easy because they're able to text you! I can not recommend this place enough!! Bought their Groupon for full leg laser hair removal. Their machine doesn't use any gel, which makes it a way cleaner process! The office area is clean and there's a great snack and fragment area. All three staff members I interacted with were so friendly, Francesca was wonderful. They were flexible with the timing of my appointment to start at 5 even though they closed at 6. Lots of disappointment about Florida Cosmetic Center. They are based at a nice business center but other than that I can't say anything positive about them. The customer service is very poor as well as the professionalism. For the face treatment had an initial doctor Pasha. He was late for half an hour and even didn't apologized for that. He promised great results and I was so excited to do the Altera treatment he has recommended. He said it is an non-invasive treatment cleared by FDA for lifting the skin on the neck and chin, improving lines and wrinkles on the décolletage. Said it is a best seller and the lower face treatment with the neck would cost $1999. Quite expensive but would change the look completely. It was so painful and uncomfortable but I was holding up imagining my new look after the treatment. The whole procedure took about 3 hours. What a disappointment it was when no difference appeared after a few week nor after a month nor 4 months after. Than on the follow up appointment, they took pictures after which did not show any results. Money wasted , absolutely no results. Cosmetic Center is not willing to fix the problem at any way. Hard to rely on a company like that. Will not recommend. read more

The staff is very nice. The equipment they use is great. The location is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking. They run specials every so often. I took advantage of the discounted laser hair removal. Had my last treatment of the series. Thrilled with the results. My technician was Helena. She is very knowledgeable and informative. Also, the office has a new manager, Maria. She is also an esthetician. I called to change my appointment and Maria was very helpful accommodating my last minute schedule change. CoolSculpting WARNING!!!! My procedure was done by a technician, no follow ups and worse NO RESULTS. After many intended calls to your office to speak with the Dr. Pasha, I was informed that she was too busy between the other offices and she doesn't come to this office in Celebration. I found this been disturbing for a staff to say. It makes me very worry since I never was greeted by any medical staff or been able to speak to anyone after many calls and messages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OT TIME WITH COOL SCULPTING!!! I waited very patiently for my 3 months (today) to see results. NOTHING, nada, zero, finito. THIS IS ALMOST LIKE A SCAM. After spending $5,750.00 and 7 hours doing this procedure, I can say this had ZERO results. This was performed by a trained tech, no MEDICAL supervision. I have never been seen or talked to any medical staff. After 3 months I have no received 1 follow up call from ANYONE of this office.
