    Very good service. I brought my son here and was in and out quickly. Really liked the Doctor we saw. He was so nice and very attentive.

The entire team provides outstanding customer service--every staff member listens attentively, takes the time to understand your needs, and never makes you feel rushed. What sets this practice apart is their professionalism paired with sincere compassion. They don't just treat symptoms--they care for the whole person. You can tell they truly love what they do and are dedicated to helping every individual who comes through their doors. They consistently go the extra mile, whether it's following up, explaining things clearly, or offering support you didn't even know you needed. The hours are great and the fact that I can walk in or make an appointment makes it easy for my busy schedule. The wait times are short, and the service is amazing. It's rare today to find a medical practice that blends excellence with heart, but this practice does exactly that. I am deeply grateful for the way they care for their patients.     I've had numerous exams here, they used to have an excellent radiologist. Not any more, the clown…read morethey have reading images is a lazy idiot who misses more than he incorrectly reports. Find somewhere else, the last three exams (MRI, X-Ray, ultra-sound) completely missed. I could see on the images notable issues not reported.

    This review is not for the Imaging itself, it's for the inability to ever get through on their…read morephone, and the horrible repetitious eight beats of music that repeat over and over and over the whole time you're on hold. Three times yesterday I was put on hold (see two screenshots attached) and when someone finally answered the second call they had connected me to the Fresno office instead of the Hanford office which I had asked for and I was again put on hold. In addition to all of this every time they do pick up the phone in an impatient and rude tone of voice they say "hold please" and put you on hold without allowing you to get a chance to say anything. My call was urgent as I was trying to cancel an appointment for the same day later in the afternoon because I had had a bad side effect from a new medication I was taking and I was itching and scratching, so I could not hold still to have an MRI. I was afraid that if I didn't cancel it and I didn't show up that I would still get charged for the appointment and my insurance would not pay for that. So all I needed to do was to cancel my appointment, but I was put on hold over and over and over and never was able to cancel that appointment. And only on the fourth call as soon as someone picked up I started saying "no I'm not going to hold, don't put me on hold" and told her I had been put on hold repeatedly, and I had been transferred to the wrong numbers or stuck on hold over and over with no one ever picking up. I said I needed to speak to a supervisor, so she said she would transfer me but only after two tries getting the wrong extension, was I finally able to speak to Monica, the supervisor. When I explained to her what had been happening she was very nice and apologized and told me that she would definitely look into that. She said she could do a search in their system for my phone number and find out exactly who had transferred those calls. She also canceled the appointment for me and rescheduled it to another day and time. I must say I was very pleased at her response because she really sounded like she cared about this and was going to take care of it. I really appreciated that.

    The front desk staff on the second floor are kind, helpful, and efficient, although it would be…read morenice to see a friendly smile, which rarely happens. But I was lucky to be able to get an appointment that same day when I came in as a walk-in, since they had a cancellation and I'd only have to wait about a half hour to be seen. So I stayed and waited and was very pleased with the doctor I saw. She was friendly and kind and empathetic and listened to me and I was so grateful to have finally found a doctor who actually seemed to care about my feelings as well as my disabilities.. But the next two times I have seen her it was as if she was a different person. She was curt and impatient and I felt rushed. I'm 75 years old so it's often difficult for me to remember and explain things, and when I feel rushed, it creates instant anxiety, and I become verbally paralyzed. So that latest visit was a very bad experience. I want to clarify that none of this is directed at this doctor as a medical professional, it's only about personality and demeanor. I had such high hopes after that first visit only to be disappointed. On my third visit I ended up sobbing because I didn't feel heard, and the caring and empathy that was in her body language, facial expressions, and tone of voice were no longer existent. On the plus side, she has been quick and accurate at getting me the referrals that I need to several specialists.

I left work and lost wages again for them to tell me I could have done a virtual visit. It's not the first time so I leave the ball in your court, but as for me I'm pretty much done with this place
