I have had the unfortunate luck of having many windshields replaced because of rock damage (coincidentally during monsoon season!) As always, from start to finish, this process couldn't have been more effortless for me. I filed a windshield claim with my car insurance because of the recent rock bouncing off my windshield and leaving an everlasting chip. Well, within a couple days, Karen from Adventure Auto Glass was calling me to get further details of the damage, worked with my insurance, ordered the replacement windshield, and scheduled the repair. And to top it off, they were able to do the repair at my house! Dave and Jim were friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain what needed to happen and answered all my additional questions. Today I picked up my wife's SUV after Adventure Auto Glass replaced the windshield. This was the third time we have used Adventure, and every time has been a remarkable experience. I would like to mention a few specific points. First, Adventure dealt with our insurance company to get approval to order and install the OEM windshield rather than a cheaper Chinese-made replacement. Talk about going the extra mile! This means a lot to us, and since Adventure did all of the work it was one less thing for us to worry about. Second, Adventure took care of scheduling a technician to calibrate her vehicle's safety and convenience systems after the install; that was yet another thing we didn't have to worry about. Third, Adventure was able to transfer my wife's employee sticker from the old windshield to the new. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is. My wife works at a secure government facility, and that sticker is necessary for her to access her workplace. Replacing it would require her to go through her security office, which would be time-consuming and very inconvenient. Bear in mind that these stickers are designed specifically to *not* be removable, to prevent their being stolen and used by someone wishing to illegally access the facility. Any attempt to remove them should, by design, destroy them and render them unusable. Not only was Adventure able to transfer the sticker, it shows absolutely no sign of having been removed and re-applied. None. The transfer was flawless. In my opinion, this goes beyond mere technical expertise and into the realm of artistry. Fourth is the install itself. Even the closest examination did not reveal the slightest flaw. The replacement windshield looked exactly like the factory-installed original in every way. It was, quite simply, perfect. Although I hope that neither my wife nor I will ever again have our windshield damaged by a rock, in this area that is an unrealistic expectation. If (when) we suffer such damage in the future, we will once again use Adventure Auto Glass. read more

They called the night before to confirm the appointment and they called 10 minutes before their arrival. They replaced a windshield, and did a chip repair on a different vehicle. The work was exceptional. They were clean, very polite and courteous. It was trash pick up day at my house. I want out to check on their progress, they even moved my empty trash cans back to where they belonged alongside my house!! These guys are fair, honest, and I will DEFINITELY use them again. We had our vertically cracked windshield replaced on March 30th. The team from Adventure Auto Glass arrived at the predetermined time. They greeted me, gave me an overview of what they were about to do, and then invited me to watch [I did so from afar] as they skillfully began the process of preparation, [covering and protecting the car's interior and the external paint] and the removal of the parts holding the broken glass in place. They extracted the broken window with great skill and installed the new glass in a like manner. The whole process took about an hour. I am happy with their professionalism and would highly recommend Adventure Auto Glass. Don't use! I patiently waited a week and a half to have a windshield replaced at my home and made arrangements for the vehicle to be available to Adventure Auto Glass. The service person called and said they couldn't get to my house due to some road paving. I told him the road project manager had provided for access and that if he had to wait a couple of mins that he should proceed to come repair my windshield. It turns out he had already driven away and told me he didn't "feel comfortable" coming to my house. (Is there any time you've been uncomfortable driving on a road with or without construction?? I haven't.) I immediately drove out my road to find there was access and called the road project manager who told me that Adventure Glass had indeed gone through the construction zone and drove away on another road and didn't even attempt to come to my house. A whole morning blown waiting for them and then to be lied to? And, was there a call to reschedule? NO CALL. I wouldn't let anyone from this company near my vehicles if they can't tell the truth and just bail on a service call. Sad. read more

NOT recommended. Anyone can install a windshield or window, its how a company resolves customer concerns is what sets a company apart from others. Adventure Auto Glass, Dave in particular did not meet up to his claims of great customer service. Installed a defective windshield and refused to stand behind replacement and even lied to insurance company to relieve himself of having to resolve customer concerns. There are many other reputable companies out there, which i will be using as well as my friends and family..... Also, my previous two posts about this company have been removed by Adventure Auto Glass, just proves my point..... read more

What a great service company. Dave (Owner) came out to replace the glass in my Jeep. Less than 48 hours from first call to completion. Don't do business here! Removed my windshield, then called and said there was rust damage and they wanted $75 to fix. I came back and visually inspected minor surface rust. Asked if I could be present to watch the rust removal. Answer was no. I had two options to either pay $75 or have my truck towed to a body shop. They backed my truck out and they were done. Called my insurance agent and he arranged another company to replace my windshield - so I drove it without a windshield one block away. This other company fixed the surface rust in TWO min. and charged zero $. Beware of unethical business practices. read more

I had a client in Prescott Valley whose windshield we had replaced in California, but had fallen off due to a manufacturer's defect. I called my Vendor and asked him for the best glass shop since calling around got me no where. I couldn't find a Mobile Glass guy to go out and re-glue a rear view mirror in Sedona or Prescott Valley. I even had people tell the client that it would take hours and she would have to leave her car there which is unheard of. Another large company told me they wouldn't go inside and work on the vehicle since they didn't do the installation. So, luckily I was introduced to Dave who explained which adhesives he was using and explained the heat does not affect the re-installation of the rear view mirror. He met my Client as she was driving in and repaired the rear view mirror in minutes. Dave is ethical, takes pride in his work and is honest. Other shops were trying to rip me an my Client off. I will now recommend all of my clients who have relocated to Arizona his way. I received an email from the client thanking me for our responsiveness, but I cannot take all the credit.
