I Called twice in a week for service. Said he would call back in a couple hours each time. Never called back.

Had two small rock chips in my windshield. Called Bruno, he said he'd take care of it. I chose Bruno's due to convenience and good reviews. He stayed in contact with me and once we were able to make our schedules work, I stopped by. I think it took 15 minutes total and I was on my way. He seems to keep a fair number of windshields in stock for such a small business. I highly recommend Bruno's Auto Glass. I think it took me longer to write this review than it did for him and his helper to fix my chips. I wanted to get them addressed before the heat of summer turned them into cracks. The cost was way cheaper than my deductible. read more

Ugh! Driving up Hwy 89 heard something ping off my windshield and knew right away what was next.... Within minutes a crack began running across my windshield! . As soon as I made it into work I phoned StateFarm and they hooked me up with Bruno. Bruno was communicative, friendly & on time! I contacted several wind sheild repair places in area and Bruno's was much more reasonable than anyone else in area. I had made an appointment however the rain had other ideas so we rescheduled. To make a long story shorter these guys went above and beyond to get my windshield replaced and we're very accommodating to my schedule. I will only use Bruno's from here on out! These guys were top notch, very professional and went out of their way to get things done very professionally. I highly recommend them to anyone needing windshield repair. I used Bruno Auto Glass because my boyfriend had them fix his windshield and while they were here he paid them for a chip that I had in my windshield. Bruno gladly took the cash and told him that I could call and come down to get the chip fixed. I was so busy with the end of my school year so just got around to calling this summer when I was off. As you can imagine my windshield now had grown to a crack on each side of the chip so I needed my windshield replaced. After multiple calls, two different times I finally talked to Bruno. Two nice guys came and replaced my windshield. I paid in cash and tipped them as well. I then received a call from Bruno telling me that my BF did not pay him and that he wanted more money from me. I assured him that he did get paid and he wanted to call my boyfriend so I agreed. He then said I will call you back for the money after I talk to him. Oh no no Bruno, you are not calling me back for more money. He basically called me a liar and it was a very uncomfortable call. He got very hostile so I hung up on him. I do not recommend giving Bruno any business because he is not kind to his customers. It's sad because his two guys were very nice and professional. I would never recommend Bruno Auto Glass! Bruno recently repaired my window and the job was done poorly. Their was water leaking through my windshield when it was raining so the inside of my roof is damaged. I called cause he garantees life time warranty! That's a lie I called multiple times, he finally answered and told me he would come and replace it with no charge and he never showed up to the appointment we set. I tried calling Bruno and the call went straight to voice mail so I guess I got robbed! Thank you Bruno Auto glass for keeping you're word . I hate businesses that think that my time has no value and that lie to me as to what they are capable of. My 2017 Touareg's windshield cracked yesterday, I called my insurance co who referred Bruno. While I was speaking to the claims adjuster and Bruno at the same time the adjuster said that the devices in my windshield would need to be recalibrated. When I asked the adjuster what I needed to do to have that done the guy at Bruno broke in and said they could do it. Based on that I said to go forward with the claim. When Bruno showed up this morning he said that they would NOT be able to do the calibration and that I would have to take it to the dealer. I told him that he knew what make and model of car I had when he said he could do it job completely, to which he had no answer... He said that he realized he wouldn't be able to do the calibration soon after he got off the phone yesterday so I asked why he didn't call me to tell me that... again he had no answer. I can only surmise that he thought he could buffalo me into doing the glass with him and then take it elsewhere to have the calibration done... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you can't do the job completely don't say that you can. Don't waste peoples time waiting for you to tell them you can't do the job completely. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE.... read more

Confirmed appointment for Bruno Auto Glass to come out on Saturday to replace windshield. Called Saturday about 11 am to get ETA went to VM sent text no response so we waited from 1-3 pm for Bruno Auto Glass they were a no show an still no call/text to let us know. Finally received a text message after 4 pm stating he was ill and could not make it. I asked when is the next time he could come out and he said tomorrow so I set up for him to come out the next day. He did show up but he cut the headliner in my Son's Suburban (yes it is a 1993 but there was nothing wrong with the headliner), He damaged the Driver side door as well for some reason he had the weather stripping off of the driver door? We had to ask him to clean up Glass on the seats that he was going to leave. He sprayed liquid on a tool he was using then set it on the seat. I have never had an experience like this replacing a Windshield. read more
