So I recently moved up to Prescott as of July of this year from phoenix and shortly after moving up here I noticed a hazy white film on my 2 front windows (driver & passenger). I had taken my car to several window and tint shops between Prescott and Prescott Valley and everyone kept saying I needed to replace the window. Thought why not try and get the windows buffed out and see if that does anything. Also on top of the white haze there what appeared to be micro abrasions on the glass as well. I took my car into Magic Glass and within 20 min I was out of there. Haze gone and you can't even see the any scratches as if the glass is brand new. Also the prices to replace the glass is much better than any other glass shop between Prescott and Prescott Valley. Definitely glad I found this shop. Matter of fact I wouldn't mind coming back up here I'm even if I moved back into phoenix. Prices seem to beat most of the shops around phoenix as well. I'll just need to schedule time to get the driver side window down. Should have done both but managed to get most of the haze off the driver side window just not all of it. And you can still see the lines in the driver-side window if you look in direct sunlight read more

I have been a faithful customer for 3 plus years and for good reason they are the best and very affordable when it comes to auto/truck glass. Now I am happy to add another reason for their well deserved BEST title. I have a 5th wheel RV trailer and recently my neighbors gardener wheel using the weed whacker busted a flush mounted window. I had a problem with my windshield replacement from Safelite, so I went to Magic Glass to get a second opinion. First, I saw Daniel and he confirmed that the pillar trim on either side of my windshield was worn and should be changed. He was very pleasant and professional. After talking to an agent from Geico, I was told to get a an estimate to replace the pillars. Next, Sandy suggested that we should call Geico together to speak to them. She arranged a three way phone call and we spoke to an agent regarding the replacement. Not being satisfied with their decision to have me pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed, I asked to speak to a supervisor. This entire time, Sandy stayed on the phone with me while I tried to resolve this problem. She went above and beyond to help someone in her community, even though I did not get my windshield replaced by Magic Glass. Although, I am still not satisfied with Geicos decision, I am very satisfied with the efforts put forth by Sandy and Daniel. Magic Glass is a company that certainly cares about their customers and the people of their community. I applaud their work ethics! Character counts in my book. I was driving to Prescott from CA for the weekend when a rock put a huge crack across my windshield and I knew I'd need to get it replaced before the drive back on Monday. I picked up a chip in my windshield. It was about the size of a 50cent piece. Called and was told if I got there within 30 minutes they could repair it immediately. The technician looked at it and said he would take care of it. By the time I was done in the office, the window was completed. I had 2 small chips in my windshield and was quoted at one place $300 to replace my entire windshield. I ordered a windshield for my Motorhome was quoted $973.00 They submitted a claim for my insurance, when I received a check for my windshield it was the same as the quote they gave me. I called them back and told them I had the check and they could order the windshield, I also asked them to check the driver and passenger side windows as they were leaking. They said it would take 2 weeks to get it so I said that would be fine but could you please send someone out before to fix these side windows? They said they would have someone call me, (they never did). We set a date and time for them to come out, when the day came I set an early appointment so I could get back in time from the appointment, They came early, while I was at my appointment I approved them to go ahead and do the work and call me when they were done, I again asked them to take care of the side windows, he said he would look at them. When he was done he called me said he was done, I asked him if he took care of the side windows he said he looked at them and they needed some new seals I asked him if he could take care of it he said he did not have the material and that he would come over the weekend and do it I said I will be home all weekend, come anytime, never called never showed. When I got the bill after I gave him my credit card I checked my checkbook and the bill they charged my credit card or debit card was over $1,400 I called them the following Monday ask them why and they said the $973 was for the windshield and the rest was Labor, I asked them why they would give a bid for a windshield like that and not include the labor in it and was told that she didn't do it, it was somebody else I said fine I'll pay the bill ask them if they were going to come back and do the side windows they said they would have somebody call me that was a week ago I have not heard anything back I explained to them how important it was to me because I was getting ready to sell the RV and I wanted to make sure it was taken care of, still nothing I would highly recommend not using these people they have no integrity they quote you one thing and charge you something else didn't even ever give me a bill other than the $973 quote. they charged over $1,400 to my credit card. be careful if you choose to use these people. read more

On Sunday, March 31, I came outside to find the slider door window in my wife's minivan shattered and laying all over the driveway. I contacted my insurance company (I won't mention their name but it rhymes with Liberty Mutual) who in turn transferred me to a glass company (I won't mention their name either but it rhymes with Safelite) who told me the earliest they could take care of the window would be eight days away. Because my wife had to travel to Phoenix the next day, this was just not an option. I started calling glass shops, planning on leaving a message to ask someone to call me first thing Monday morning.
