THE. WORST. 0 stars if I could. Readers - please believe all of us (the 2 "good" reviews at the top are clearly seeded by employees) - they will NEVER STOP CALLING YOU. I had a chip replaced at Danny's Family Car wash on Baseline by AJ's TEN YEARS AGO, thinking "It's quick and easy and paid by insurance! What's the big deal?" Ten years of harassing phone calls - THAT'S what. I have reported them, blocked EVERY number they call from, yelled, pleaded, moved out of state (TWICE!) done EVERYTHING I know to do, and STILL they CALL. I cry. They call. I scream. They call. I report. They call. I block. They call from a new number. I complain again. (By the by - if the whole POINT is getting repeat business, how in BLUE BLOODY BLAZES do they think their behavior will accomplish THAT?!) STAY. AWAY. I don't care if you're driving down I-10 with a full on completely shattered windshield and get a ticket for it. Pay the ticket, and have someone ELSE replace it. It will be a FAR better option than these Mouse Donkey's calling you until you die. 3 things are certain: Death, Taxes, and AJ's never leaving you alone. read more

Absolutely avoid at all costs!! The same as the last reviewer I cannot get them to quit calling me. Not just once or twice but it seems like every two or three weeks. Every time they call I tell them to put me on the do not call list and they say it's done but I keep getting the calls. Apparently they sold my phone number to some mailing list. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and hopefully that will get somewhere. Also notified my insurance company to make sure they get taken off the approved glass repair list. read more

The AJ's Auto Glass technician worked in a knowledgeble and professional manner. His work was first quality and he made sure all was well before he left, including wiper alignment and glass clean. This is the second time that I've used this shop and have never had an unsolicited call from them. I love to shop local and AJ's Auto Glass is a great option! read more

Relentless sales calls. I am on the National Do Not Call list. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and in my complaint, mentioned the others complaining on Yelp about all their calls. read more

Well if you want to be harassed for eternity, by all means go here. EIGHT years ago, a much dumber me had this company replace my windshield. Well fast forward to today and they are STILL calling to replace my windshield. I've told them that I no longer have the car and have even tried to block their calls. They are persistent as they have multiple phone numbers. Every time their representative is Rude which I'm guessing is from them dealing with hostile recipients of said calls. So in summary, if you want to be HARASSED for YEARS then this is the place for you!!! read more

These guys just keep calling and calling and CALLING and CALLING. No matter how many times you ask to go on their Do Not Call list, they will keep calling you...it has been years for me. It's such a joke when they call now...it's always a different salesperson (must be high turnover) and they give the same script. Get some new lines at least, guys! Their main office is out of Prescott and you can call their main business line at (928) 717-5324. If you work your way through the operators you will eventually land on Josh McDonald, who I assume is the Sales Manager. He's a real jerk. Want to get harassed forever? over the phone they promised a 100.00 rebate, so I set up the appointment, they came out put the windshield, took them 15 min. Left it a mess, did not give us 100.00 said they would mail it, it has been over a month nothing so we called and they said they were sending us a 50.00 check. That was not the agreement. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Once this company gets a hold of your # they will NOT stop calling you. I made the mistake of letting them fix a chip in my windshield when I first moved to Arizona over 8 years ago and now they will NOT STOP CALLING me. I have asked them nicely and not so nicely to stop, I have told them I am on the DO NOT call list and I have also filed a complaint on the FTC do not call list website, which I encourage everyone to do when they receive calls from these ignorant jerks! Just got my window installed. So happy, no more cracks. Plus my last window had a defect in the glass on the passenger side, so I'm happy that is gone. These guys are fast and efficient. I had it scheduled between noon and 5:00pm, but they came early when I wasn't there. These guys are on their game! Only took 20 minutes to install. read more

Took a chance at my local car wash and had them set me up with these guys. The installation went forward with little fuss except the technician damaged the trim around the window. He said he would order a new set of trim and then return to install it. Three scheduled appointments later and I haven't seen or heard from them. I guess once they get the glass installed and reimbursed by insurance the rest doesn't matter. So much for customer service. I would not recommend using this company as it appears they lack true professionalism. read more

Ajs auto glass is now Bulldog Elite, LLC. Don't do business with Bulldog Elite, LLC auto glass shop located at 530 S. Montezuma St. suite A in Prescott AZ. I had my windshield replaced by AJs auto glass which is now Bulldog Elite, and it leaked so I notified them immediately. A month went by and no one came out to fix it, even after numerous calls. Due to the leak, the wiring harness in my car became corroded and cost me $1,300 to fix. Shortly before my car was fixed AJs auto glass went out of business and reopened as Bulldog Elite. Not sure if this was because of my situation or all the lawsuits piling up against them. I contacted bulldog elite and spoke with AJ Machelski who had me fax over the invoice to repair my car. A few days later I called again and spoke with Crystal Machelski, who per facebook is the owner of bulldog elite, she said the fax wasn't clear and had me send pictures of the invoice to her. I received a call back from AJ Machelski from bulldog elite giving me the personal cell number to Wesley Hart the subcontractor who installed the windshield and said he is responsible for the damage even though their company sent him to repair the windshield. This is how bulldog elite auto glass does business. They do not care about their customer! Please share and help spread the word so this doesn't happen to any of your family or friends. read more

DO NOT USE!! They call you non stop!! They keep harassing you and call me 2-4 times a day!! When I ask to be taken off the no call list they hang up!! I had to manually block them. Also reported to the BBB. Which they are already rated an F. Never use them!!! read more

These people have been calling me for YEARS even though I've told them multiple times to stop calling me. I even gave my info to the manager when I called the office directly, and was assured they would stop. They started calling me again that week! Annoy bi*ch called and was nasty when I asked why she was callings numbers listed on the DO NOT CALL list. Don't recommend... They were no shows when a relative fell for their call.
