I scoured the interwebz to find the boat of our dreams (at a particular price point) and Aqua Toys was just what the doctor ordered. $225 for four hours was a steal! Plus, $20 for the aqua stack pad was well worth it. We called in advance to set up a four hour rental on a ten-person pontoon. We arrived about thirty minutes early, our (newbie) driver got the rundown and felt pretty prepared. (Pro tip, take pictures of the forms you sign with basic boat driving etiquette-- to reference later.) The staff was insanely helpful and friendly-- even giving us a quiet cove recommendation that really delivered! The boat was clean. Bluetooth radio was great. The aqua pad was a huge hit with the adults and kiddos. 10/10 would recommend and will be renting again with them next summer. It is no wonder Aqua Toys has been around for darn near 30 years-- they make renting a boat affordable, easy and fun!

The mate, Tim, took so many good photos of myself and my family. He was super friendly and joked around with my family to make sure they were comfortable. The captain had my mother fly twice to make sure our weight was distributed enough to make the ride safe for me and my son, so she was stoked! The boat ride in was super fun too! The people that worked here were super reasonable laid back people and they allowed us to only rent them for two hours and give the office a call if we wanted to rent them for longer. We ended up doing 2 hours then called back for 2 more and one more time for one more hour lol. They were not very strict and they didn't care about how long we had them out.. They gave us a map of where we were allowed to go, they fitted us for life vests and quickly showed us how to do what we're supposed to do on the jetskis and sent us on our way. These JetSki's were in great shape and super fast (turbo-d ones) and super responsive! Almost impossible to flip. This was honestly the time of my life out on the water we got to stop at restaurants with docks on them and we went swimming and just speeding around having so much fun!!! A wonderful experience thanks to WFO watercraft rentals!!! If I ever came back to the Ozarks this is where I would get a boat rental or JetSki next time!!

We've dealt with both Sales (Lucas R) and Service. We have also had interactions with Kyle Kelly. All of it has been really outstanding. They clearly understand the concept of customer service and priority. Recently hauled our boat down for a special repair - Monday AM - left here early - got there at 8:30 - and their service techs were waiting on me. Literally 46 minutes later - I was OUT of there - with FIXED BOAT in tow and headed back to Kansas City - and home by 12:30. Sometimes you run into an operation that "gets it" when it comes to customer service - and they certainly do! They get my highest recommendation and have earned me as a long term customer.

Filled it up on the way back for about $100. Had the time of our lives and at 6:00 when we pulled back in, they were waiting for us!
