The trailer was delivered to the campground which is where our worksite is. Purchased brand new and here is what we have encountered: 1. Dirty inside and not cleaned as it was supposed to be before providing and it is brand new. 2. We had mentioned a seat issue that we were told would be fixed before delivery and it was not. 3. Frame around 1 window, inside is bent 4. Outside grill has 3 screws that are busted 5. The hot water does not work. We had emailed the finance person about our concerns for things and the sales person. He never responded. We called the sales person and he said he would check with service...who also do not work weekends and he never got back to us. We paid over 40,000 for poor service, lack of interest by their employees and shoddy quality. Do not buy from this place. They do not care and their product is faulty.
