They are always so professional and thorough. They explain everything and will even send you a link via text to the inspection photos so you can see for yourself what they are talking about. I have never had an issue with bad work or lack of attention to detail. This shop only repairs what needs to be done and even has coupons in case you need to save some money on that expensive repair. Discouraged I would ever get my car fixed, I was recommended to Van Dyne Automotive and was assured if anyone could fix it, they could. It's a small place and I had never heard of them before but I took another chance and I am very happy I did. The mechanic Brian was very busy but fit me in right away, I was waiting on my friend to pick me up as I figured it would take days to figure out like all the other places did, but before my ride arrived, Brian had already found and repaired the issue that was making my car run so badly. I was shocked and in disbelief, but he assured me that it was definitely what was causing the problem, he explained it all to me but I don't remember what it was, it seemed complicated to me but Brian said it a simple repair that the other places missed. I don't know if he has magic powers or is just really awesome at his job, but my car has never ran better, it's smoother and quieter than it was when it was new! Showed up at 6:37pm on same day (Wed 12/18), and was turned away as the workers had already begun parking their mobile service vehicles inside the bay for the night.
