When opportunities are repeatedly given only to students personally favored by Kameron Knotts, it sends a damaging message to the rest of the cast: your effort, loyalty, and dedication do not matter. It creates an exclusionary environment where many kids feel invisible, discouraged, and undervalued. A youth theater program should uplift all students, not just a select few. Families deserve a fair, respectful, and supportive environment where every child has a genuine chance to grow. NTPA needs to address this issue if it wants to maintain the trust of the community.
