I enjoyed perfect teeth for many many years after my treatment with Dr. Miller and Associates. In 2018, I very carelessly broke my retainer and had some shifting occur which was bothering me. As fate would have it, I was lead back to the best many years later in 2022. During the pandemic in 2020, I figured we were all wearing masks so who cares if you get Invisalign. No one will see it under the mask anyway I was thinking this would be a good time to correct some issues. I made a huge 6k mistake to let my regular dentist try to improve some minor shifting that occurred. I unfortunately got an Invisalign treatment through my general dentist who is not a certified experienced Orthodontist. It's so temping these days to purchase "Smile direct club" or "Evenly" type service making the process look easy, simple and convenient. That is far from the truth. It is a huge mistake to trust your teeth with just anyone when undergoing Orthodontic treatment. With all the temptations on the market, I urge you- please don't do it. I experienced adverse effects such as gum recession, enamel scratches, staining which I NEVER had in my 40 year old life before getting Invisalign from the wrong person. I always had beautiful teeth before trusting the wrong company. It caused so much damage to my teeth and deformity in appearance and overall health. I thought to seek out my previous orthodontist who did a remarkable job for me as a kid. 25 years later, Dr. Adam, Dr. Miller's son, helped me get my teeth back to normal. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Miller again all these years later and still doing extraordinary work for his patients. It is wonderful to see the time, attention and care that his son takes to his patients carrying on the family legacy. This company is highly skilled in treating and correcting your case. Please see a real Orthodontist when interested in straightening your teeth. A lot can go wrong with just any company offering clear aligners. I am so grateful to Dr. Adam and Dr. Miller as a reputable family owned and operated business that truly cares about people. All of their staff are professional and dedicated to excellence. This wasn't even the dentistry I had in mind, Google Maps failed me but just something about the front office staff just lured me in. And I'm glad I continued with the appointment because the overall experience was more than awesome. I noticed a coffee machine in the waiting room and its appearance was very cozy and inviting. Very clean place and it was comfortable. Placing the patients needs first. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time so I didn't know what to expect besides the usual "I'm just here to do my job". But Caring Dental, you really shine on being family owned. You can feel the love for people and it's so joyful and pleasant. I had X-rays taken and a cleaning done and every time I'd meet someone new I was met with a friendly face and complete understanding. I was not shamed for not having been to the dentist in so long. I didn't get side eyed when asked if I floss on the daily and I didn't feel awkward and nervous not knowing what was going on. The staff was very clear in communication and gave plenty of opportunity to voice my concerns. I genuinely felt heard and seen. They even went over my X-rays with me. I did not have a pleasant experience at all …read more I had an appointment at 5:30pm. I was not seen until around 6:10pm. No one checked in to tell me if anyone would be right with me or how long I would have to wait. I'm. It sure if they were short staffed, but I was not told that either. When my name was finally called, I went to the back and met Dr. Noorani. He did the consultation and explained he wanted to do an expander then braces. I declined the expander and told him I just wanted to do braces even if they were on a little longer. I asked the price and he said someone would come to explain the financial component. He also told me my insurance stopped at age 26. When I disagreed and stated they provide $2000 (because I checked my benefits BEFORE making a consultation appointment) he told me "they can call again but they already checked and it doesn't cover anything". He was very dismissive. A women came in with a folder and gave me a paper with Damon System listed as $6100 and my insurance as $0 contribution. When I asked for the TRADITIONAL braces she responded "he didn't offer that option so may you don't qualify based on your assessment". I did my research on the Damon System vs. Traditional braces AND I was referred by one of the clients who told me they will try to offer the Damon system because it's more expensive but she declined and they gave her Traditional braces for the bottom . Now she is trying to get some money back because she had the Damon system for the top and they ended up switching it mid treatment because the assessment wasn't accurate . I left, checked my dental benefits AGAIN, and called another orthodontist the next day. I am currently in traditional braces, at a lower price, with the $2000 that my insurance plan offered . If they took the time to listen and refrain from being dismissive they would have another client. Smh .
