My daughter attended her appointment for the first time without an older adult because she is 18 but when she return home after her appointment she was so upset because the hygienist was so rude and her tone was so harsh when she spoke to her. My daughter said that the orthodontist, Dr. Jessie was there and her attitude was no better and my daughter said she noticed that Dr. Jessie had positive energy when treating other patients but when she arrived at her station had demeanor and body language changed and she was less friendly. Since we started my daughter's braces treatment at Perry Hall location it has been one issue after another. There were many times when the staff and the hygienist were not friendly. I've tried to move her treatment to one of their other offices, and they made it so challenging that it didn't happen so she finished her treatment at the Perry Hall location. This journey was not pleasant for my daughter or myself. I would not recommend anyone to use the Perry Hall location.
