I enjoyed perfect teeth for many many years after my treatment with Dr. Miller and Associates. In 2018, I very carelessly broke my retainer and had some shifting occur which was bothering me. As fate would have it, I was lead back to the best many years later in 2022. During the pandemic in 2020, I figured we were all wearing masks so who cares if you get Invisalign. No one will see it under the mask anyway I was thinking this would be a good time to correct some issues. I made a huge 6k mistake to let my regular dentist try to improve some minor shifting that occurred. I unfortunately got an Invisalign treatment through my general dentist who is not a certified experienced Orthodontist. It's so temping these days to purchase "Smile direct club" or "Evenly" type service making the process look easy, simple and convenient. That is far from the truth. It is a huge mistake to trust your teeth with just anyone when undergoing Orthodontic treatment. With all the temptations on the market, I urge you- please don't do it. I experienced adverse effects such as gum recession, enamel scratches, staining which I NEVER had in my 40 year old life before getting Invisalign from the wrong person. I always had beautiful teeth before trusting the wrong company. It caused so much damage to my teeth and deformity in appearance and overall health. I thought to seek out my previous orthodontist who did a remarkable job for me as a kid. 25 years later, Dr. Adam, Dr. Miller's son, helped me get my teeth back to normal. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Miller again all these years later and still doing extraordinary work for his patients. It is wonderful to see the time, attention and care that his son takes to his patients carrying on the family legacy. This company is highly skilled in treating and correcting your case. Please see a real Orthodontist when interested in straightening your teeth. A lot can go wrong with just any company offering clear aligners. I am so grateful to Dr. Adam and Dr. Miller as a reputable family owned and operated business that truly cares about people. All of their staff are professional and dedicated to excellence. I have only been here one time…read more I get here and the front waiting lobby was nice. Had a nice spot for the kids to play. Seemed clean. I made the appointment for 8:30 in the morning thinking they couldn't possibly be backed up right after they open. I didn't get out of there until almost 11:00. The back area was dimly lit. The paintings on the wall were nice, but too much. It made it dark and dreary. We sat in the cubicle (whatever you want to call it) for 35 minutes before anyone said a word to us. 35 minutes waiting with a terrified toddler while 2 assistants were in the next one over having personal conversation and playing on their phones and another just leaning up against a wall playing on hers. The assistant was friendly. She came in and brushed his teeth, but to be honest, it wasn't even good. It was like a skim over and pretty pointless. I brush his teeth better at home. But, at least she was friendly because by the time she got in there, I was standing up and gathering coats to walk out and take the loss. We waited another 15 for the dentist. She comes in, glances at his teeth, gives us a quick suggestion and leaves. Maybe said 3 sentences. She wasn't personable at all. Did nothing to ease his fears. I ended up taking him elsewhere and LOVING the new place and so does my son. A friend brings her daughter here and said she is always scared and she has to hold her down and needs laughing gas. Took her to the other place I suggested and she does just fine. Maybe it's the decor. I don't know, but I'll be canceling his future appointment and taking him elsewhere from now on.

The extent of his knowledge and expertise is apparent in the quality of his work. I went to Dr. Wu last fall for an Invisalign assessment. I found him to be professional, friendly, and honest. So much so that I scheduled my husband an appointment the very next day. He ended up needing Invisalign and now, after a year, he has the straightest, best looking smile he has ever had. I cannot thank Dr. Wu and his team enough. The quality and value of his work is noticeable. We plan to send our daughter to Cramer and Noorani for her braces soon. I would highly recommend!

I had waited a month just to see a dentist and I was a new patient with them, but they told me I'd have to wait another week to see someone.. I had already waited so long for this and they had no sympathy. The one worker that's crucial to the appointment had to leave early due to an at home emergency and while I totally understand that and respect that and hope they're well, the other receptionists and assistants that I talked to were incredibly rude. I will be trying my hardest to find a new dentist after this phone conversation. Thank God I found out now that they're crappy people rather than wasting my time and money on them. Please get new employees if you want this place to thrive. This was a terrible experience.
