We had so much fun that we booked him another day to take us to Ixtapa Island. He went out of his way to provide special details like helping us to go to an ATM, getting us special sweet bread filled with coconut, arranging really great full body massages in the beach on Ixtapa Island for only $15 USD., showing us crocodiles and iguana, and so much more! He was a fabulous snorkeling guide, showing us amazing fish, took us where there were no crowds and we could truly relax, taking us to a museum and the pyramid, and taking us to really see the local people. He is so nice and helpful, humble and kind. We will come back again to have him show us more of this beautiful area.

Capitan Moses is a character out of a movie. SO BUMMED I didn't capture a picture of him, but was…read morejust too into the adventure. He's almost 70 years old, still buffed, (an ex Olympic swimmer) and speaks perfect English. He's got a little fishing boat and took me and my wife for a day to remember. My wife is a "sit by the pool" type, so this is quite a feat. He picked us up in the water right out front of our hotel. We fished, took the catch to Ixtapa island where they cleaned and cooked it up for us. Friggin dreamy. Snorkeled a bit, then he dropped us back in the water in front of our hotel. What a day. Moses parted the sea for us. This isn't hoity toity fishing, but authentic Mexican skiff trolling, having some beers, pulling in fish after fish, eating some killer fresh grub on a gorgeous beach, and hanging with a cool old sun-worn fisherman kind of day. Rare. Awesome.
