We reserved the 56 passenger bus for our wedding. The day before our wedding at 10:25 am they let us know that was no longer an option (apparently due to their driver having Covid) and offered two 14- passengers busses instead. This clearly made us worried about the logistics as the new 28 persons volume was only half the original 56 persons capacity. Sure enough, the second bus arrived 12 minutes late to the ceremony start time at 5:00pm forcing us to push back the ceremony. In the subsequent correspondence with management, they refused to acknowledge this delay and instead told us they were only 1 minute late (arriving at 5:01 pm). However, I had time stamped photos of me waiting with my bridesmaids from later (5:05-5:10 pm) as evidence that in fact, no, they were not there by 5:01 pm as they falsely claimed. Moreover, management refused any means of reconciliatory compensation for the lower volume vehicle transport and the tardiness to the ceremony. After confirming, collecting deposits, and exchanging dozens of emails, they pulled out just weeks before our first scheduled trip, citing insurance costs. No contingency plan, no real notice, no sense of responsibility. This left us scrambling to rebook for hundreds of travelers. Completely unprofessional and deeply disappointing. Had a great experience with Adventure Limo for a girls night out- no driving for us! I worked with Jovanna, who was really responsive and kind. We had booked the Hummer limo, but a few days before the trip Jovanna called to let me know the Hummer's AC was not working and the replacement part wouldn't be in before our trip. They offered to upgrade to the Excalibur for us. It was a bit smaller, but BOY did we turn heads going down the highway in that beauty!! It's not brand new (there are the spots for ashtrays in the doors! ha!) but in good condition and definitely made us feel special. Our driver Chris was great, arrived on time (a little early even). Once we were out and having a good time, we opted to stay an extra hour (there is a fee for this, but totally reasonable) and Chris was super chill about it. read more

So I am now a double amputee. I have used adventure taxi several times in the past due to the fact that I live in Troy which is a little bit of a ways from Keene and they are one of the few taxis that services our area. When I used them before I had 1 leg more than today. I was frustrated back then because they almost always required a minimum of one day to enable getting my pickup drop off done. They also tried to upgrade me every time to a medical taxi or a wheelchair taxi to which I told them I had a prosthetic and a cane and I'd be fine. Obviously today things. I will share to get places and I needed a ride to Cheshire Dartmouth Keene and needed a wound drainage taken care of. I left the emergency room the night before about 630 and was told that they would arrange for everything. read more

We rented a limo for our son and a few friends to help celebrate the end of a crazy school and the ending of the 8th grade. They had a great time. The limo arrived as promised on time, lights flashing inside, sparking cider for the ride and Bluetooth for their choice of music. Mark, our driver, was great with the kids and very personable. DO NOT rent from here! I hired Adventure Limousine for transportation services for my August 2019 wedding. I specifically hired them because they had a vintage London cab and antique-looking Excalibur limo, both which we thought would go brilliantly with our British-themed wedding. The initial planning processes went rather smoothly until... The Thursday before our Saturday wedding (just 2 days before), I received a call from my contact, Jovanna, who informed me that the Excalibur limo we rented could not be used, as it was broken and could not be repaired in time. This was unfortunate, as we specifically chose the Excalibur to go along with our theme and because it matched perfectly with the groomsmen top hat and tails look. However, she assured us that they would instead send their stretch Hummer as an "upgrade" at no extra charge. I'm not sure which was most disappointing about the Hummer they sent: - The fact that it was bright red with rust/tribal tattoo designs on the sides (the color should have definitely been mentioned when offering this vehicle as one would think that a wedding limo would be the standard white or black and in good condition). - That it was broken down for about an hour at the end of the road where the bridal party was located (and not the address we had provided) with no communication of the situation at hand, just that they were "running a bit late" (not to mention that while we were waiting for the limo to arrive, some of the wedding party took a walk to see what was going on, during which the flower girl had an accident and split her head open, which was no fault of the company, but may have been prevented if the limo had arrived on time or even close to it). - Or that when my bridal party entered the Hummer it smelled like musty, stale cigarettes and the glasses that the groomsmen used were never replaced with clean ones. While the London cab fit perfectly with our theme, the cloth covering the champagne bottle they provided was dirty and, because of the delay due to the Hummer breaking down, it was not able to be parked for guests to take photos with as we had planned and paid for. On top of the poor vehicles the company sent, we were well over an hour late to the venue. This meant that we missed out on photos we had planned on taking at our venue and our guests had to wait for close to an hour for us to arrive. In fact, we were so late that I had to enter the venue through the kitchen and be immediately whisked down the aisle to keep our timeline moving! I tried reaching out to the company and they did initially respond, but they tried to put the blame on my husband and the groomsmen, when in fact the guys arrived to the wedding venue on time and were left waiting for us girls! They also tried to blame the delay on a "routine fluid check," which seems odd to do while a vehicle it out for hired use. When I asked for a full transcript of the day to show that they were at fault, they stopped responding altogether. At the end of the day, I would hate for others to have to go through this same situation, so stay away at all costs! read more

A friend of mine who was planning their wedding on their own ended up having their transportation bail on them. She called me because I used to be a wedding coordinator. I found Adventure Limo through a reference at a Keene NH venue. Peggy with Adventure Limo was amazing and was able to quickly provide transportation solutions on a dime. Pricing was phenomenal and service excellent. In all my years planning weddings, finding vendors who excel at customer service are few and far between. I would STRONGLY advise not using Adventure if you need to get somewhere on time and don't want to smell like cigarettes once you do finally arrive. The cars and vans are absolutely filthy and smell horrible. The drivers are sub-par at best. I've had a few of them fall asleep while driving and one almost went straight through the median in a rotary. They will show up late and continuously honk the horn like you should have known they would be there 34mins after your scheduled pick up time. The only reason they are still in business is because they have a medical contract. Terrible overall experience for me. read more

Two thumbs WAY DOWN One trip I needed to cancel but, guess what, they wouldn't answer the phone! C'mon at least get an answering service, so I was stuck with both the ride cost plus the driver's gratuity (it wasn't his fault) Very un-professional! Then the next trip I was quoted $99 and upon arrival I was charged quite a bit more. I went round and round (cat and mouse) with the owners who agreed to refund the difference and then never did. I give up--these people are either intentional scammers or utterly incompetent. I recommend using Thomas or try Blue Sky Airport Service in Manchester (they'll drive to Keene to pick you up at $25 less and if you need to cancel they'll pick up the phone! read more

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!! Rented a Hummer limo from this company and had the worst experience. First they kept telling me one of the owners would call me back to book the reservation. I called probably called over 3 or 4 days before I reached one of the owners to actually book the reservation. The cost was about par but I figured a family owned business would have better customer service. The driver was late to begin with (which I can understand because of traffic exc.) and when he in the driveway the driver got out and started replacing a black strap along the top of the front windshield and it looked pretty beat up and rusted in many places. Even the driver said to me "they really need to spruce this limo up before wedding and prom season". My family got into the limo and there was a moldy smell in it, but at this point we had no other choice. I then hooked up my phone to put on some music, but the speakers were busted. They would fade in and out and crackle. When we arrived at our destination the driver told us he would call the owners and see if there was anything he could do for us on the ride home. When the driver came back to pick us up he told us the owners would look at it when he returned it and there was nothing he could do for now. On the way one of my family members got sick due to something she ate. I could understand that was gross but as a family we cleaned up as much as we could with wipes and stuff that we had with us. When we got to our final destination I spoke to the driver and handed him his tip ( not 20% because of the condition of the limo but he was he was a really nice guy) and told him I included a bit extra for the cleaning of the limo. He told me not to worry about it, it was understandable. I checked my statement a few days later and there was an additional charge on my card so I called and again. To get one of the owners on the phone was a hassle. I tried for days being told one of the owners would call me back, and yet no response. When I finally spoke to the owner she was very rude and informed me on how gross cleaning up vomit is and it was too bad about the speakers but she was not willing to help out. So finally I just asked for the additional money back from my tip if they were going to charge me to clean it then I shouldn't have given more to the driver. She said she would speak to the driver and get back to me. I have not heard a word since. I feel this is a very poorly run limo company and send out a strong warning if you are thinking about using them for something important. read more
