I asked to use the other bus and they said that was broken. Apparently they canceled on us to give our bus to the other group. We had been planning the bus service with them for 4 months. We had a finalized contract and kept calling to make payment when the General Manager Karissa Adams left a voicemail we were canceled. I called back for an explanation and not even a small apology was offer. Our group of 30 was left standed. Fortunately we found First Student Charter School Bus. Yes, it's a school bus. And it was wonderful. Driver was polite, on time, and had decorated bus for us. We were permitted to have drinks and snacks on the ride. It was reliable, on time, half the price and they provide transportation for all type events including weddings. Driver was lovely.

I have received nothing but the run around and failed promises of a date of September 9th for a birthday party. Now I am less than a week away from her birthday with no plan.. and no way to even bring 8 kids to do anything. Thank you so much Adventure and Karissa ( the owner's daughter ) !! For the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Between a phoneline that doesn't work ( literally at all!!) and the excuse of not receiving my emails. I had to actually physically show up to make a plan.. and try to put money down. After being physically in the establishment making a plan checking dates and leaving. I'm told over a week later it was my job to email the information we talked face to face about. Because I never emailed the information nothing was done about the quote we had planned. What a Joke.

We reserved the 56 passenger bus for our wedding. The day before our wedding at 10:25 am they let…read moreus know that was no longer an option (apparently due to their driver having Covid) and offered two 14- passengers busses instead. This clearly made us worried about the logistics as the new 28 persons volume was only half the original 56 persons capacity. Sure enough, the second bus arrived 12 minutes late to the ceremony start time at 5:00pm forcing us to push back the ceremony. In the subsequent correspondence with management, they refused to acknowledge this delay and instead told us they were only 1 minute late (arriving at 5:01 pm). However, I had time stamped photos of me waiting with my bridesmaids from later (5:05-5:10 pm) as evidence that in fact, no, they were not there by 5:01 pm as they falsely claimed. Moreover, management refused any means of reconciliatory compensation for the lower volume vehicle transport and the tardiness to the ceremony. Overall very unprofessional and would not recommended this business.

Called Tony's Taxi on the suggestion of the workers at the Brazilian place we had lunch at, and were so pleased with his service! The cab was clean, the drive was safe, and the driver was friendly! I'm looking for more excuses to go to Milford just to use Tony's Taxi to get back home!
