Last night was the third time in a year that my wife and I used DK Airport Service for transportation between Boston and Manchester, NH. We can't say enough about the great service DK has provided--They're easy to schedule, have great rates, picked us up at our house on schedule and have been there, ready and waiting, each time we returned, despite delays and changes to our arrival times. Communication before our trip and at pickup time was superb--we easily found our ride at the airport and train station once we had our luggage. Two different vehicles were used by DK for our trips, and both vehicles were absolutely IMMACULATE and had bottled available for my wife and I. My wife and I are at the point now where we just email David at DK Airport Service whenever we need transportation to/from Boston--we won't take our chances with other limo services. read more

Last night was rhe first time I have used DK's service. My daughters flight from Boise was delayed in Minneapolis due to Boston weather. Her flight was due in at 12:41 am did not arrive until 3:20 am. I have been riding with DK Airport Service for 10+ years now, and have worked with them in many situations. In the easy situations when things go right, I noted details like how they monitor my inbound flight, and are even aware when my from-the-west-coast red eye flights get in early. A driver like Sergei is there waiting for me, and I've always loved that about the service. And when things get challenging, like with last minute flight changes, DK's dispatching handles various exception situations with ease -- over 10 years there have been a few. They truly get the importance of the customer coming first. They also pay attention to little details, like always having a bottle of water handy, and always willing to make the occasional detours, like a stop for coffee at Dunk'n after a red eye. DK drivers are career drivers, and they have a higher level of care, attention to details, and honestly even driving skill than I've noticed with app ride services. With DK drivers, I'm never aware of the driving, which is as it should be with any limo/taxi service. I can't say I've always felt the same (i.e. safe) with ride services like Uber. They don't seem to be well trained in airport flows, customer services, or even basic safety rules. I have tried Uber and Lyft, and when I'm traveling far from home, I often will use app ride services. But when I'm in town and doing my regular airport runs (business or personal), I stick to DK. I find DK to be competitive in terms of pricing, and reliably superior in terms of service. read more

After coming back from Europe to Boston (with a few stops along the way), there was no driver to pick us up, even though I had made a reservation days before. After calling the main number (and getting a voice mail several times), the dispatch lady called me back to tell me that the driver was in dpwntown Boston and she would contact me the moment she got a hold of him to get him to pick us up. I called again 15 minutes later, she had not been able to reach the driver. Another 15 minutes went by, still no contact. I called 2 more times without any luck. While the lady from dispatch was just as upset as we were, there was no solution offered other than sending another limo from Manchester NH to pick us up. That is about an hour drive, and after already waiting for over an hour (it is now almost 2 hours after the reserved pick up time), I was not going to wait any longer. Luckily, there was a driver from another limo service whose ride was delayed for several hours and he took us home. I was somewhat expecting a follow up call from the owner explaining what happened, but nothing so far. A shame really, because the drive to the airport two weeks ago was excellent, the driver even waited after I left my phone in the limo. But if I cannot rely on a car service to be there when I need it, I cannot use that car service again... read more

I have been a customer of DK Airport service for over a decade. David and his drivers are the best I have used in the area. Always on time, always responsive and flexible. As a very frequent traveler you end up with delayed or canceled flights. DK is always flexible to reschedule or even pick me up at alternate airports if that is needed. I will start by saying that the drivers are excellent. They are professional, courteous and very friendly. That said, I will never give money to this company again, due to the disrespect and poor treatment I received by the owner of the company after an issue that arose in our recent trip. My husband and I arrived into Boston late after a long day of travel, only to discover that there was no car waiting for us, despite our flight arriving a little later than scheduled. When I called the company to find ask if we were perhaps waiting in the wrong spot, I was told by the owner that there had been a mistake, and that another reservation had called that morning to cancel, and in error, they had cancelled our reservation. I told him that I understand that mistakes happen, and asked how long until the car would arrive. He stated that the driver was about 10 minutes away, that he had been dispatched immediately upon realization of the error (they went to pick up the party that had cancelled). We waited for 20 minutes before I called again to get a status update. The owner then told me that the driver was another 15 minutes out. I told him that I was disappointed, as this was the first time we'd booked any car service, and that he had said 10 minutes the first time I called, and now it was closer to a total elapsed time of 45 minutes. These transfers are not cheap, so I asked him if there was anything he could do for us, given that we'd been waiting so long due to their error. At this point, he became gruff with me, saying that he "was doing us a favor already" by sending a car at that hour. I responded that it is not doing us a favor, it's what we were paying for! He then responded that he might be able to give us a discount the next time we booked them - to which I replied that I wasn't certain I would book again after this experience, and is there anything he could do to make up for the fact that we were stranded in Boston. He was extremely rude, his voice bordering on yelling at times. I told him that it was poor business practice to yell at customers who are waiting for a service that he is not providing, and that we were not looking for much, just asking for some sort of price break for the inconvenience, At that point he yelled "fine, you don't want to pay? don't pay, free ride, but never, ever call us again." AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. The car arrived 15 minutes after (at which point I was already calling rental car companies since we were not even sure if a car was GOING to arrive at all), and the driver was great. If we could hire the driver again directly without giving money to DK, we would in a heartbeat, but the disrespect and attitude that we received from management is something we won't soon forget. I needed to return a rental car to a location 50 miles from home and my original ride cancelled. I contacted DK and they were able to arrange a ride for the next day. DO NOT USE DK Airport Services. They were subcontracted thru Empire Limo in Goffstown to pick us up at Logan. They called me 6 weeks later and said they were never paid from Empire and that they were charging my credit card for the trip. We already paid Empire Limo in full and I said you will have to talk to them - I paid them and you should not have our card info and better not charge it. They did and ILLEGALLY took our money.
