My family typically does fall photos, but this was the first time we ever shot with a professional pet photographer- let me tell you the experience was amazing! Kris really takes the time to get to know you & your pets, so she can capture meaningful images (she did such a phenomenal job, it was SO hard to narrow down which images we wanted to display). It's truly an experience: from the meeting to plan the shoot, taking the actual photos & then reviewing and choosing which to display. She's so patient, so kind and a hell of a photographer. If you are looking for a professional to capture those special moments with your fur babies, look no further! She's your gal!

She came over and had lots of patience with our crazy crowd (4 cats/1dog.) She was great in allowing the cats to just roam around and she got some great shots. Thinking about how a couple of the cats just hated this idea the shots she got were awesome, they look so majestic! Our dog, well he was so excited for a new friend and she was very nice to his puppy ways. The review process was great and easy to pick the photos we liked the best. She prints out 5x7 ones so you can filter through them by hand instead of on a computer. They were all good but had to narrow it down. Our Christmas card this year will be awesome! It was my first time ever doing anything like this and it was pretty easy and would definitely do it again!

She was so kind in working with our dog, had treats and squeaky toys to help him look at the camera and feel comfortable, and captured his personality perfectly. These images will always hold a special place in my heart because they were the last family pictures we had taken before our sweet boy crossed over the rainbow bridge. If you haven't had pictures taken with your loving animals, I highly encourage you to make that a priority with Natalie. You'll always cherish these special memories and Natalie is an incredible photographer.

I don't really feel natural in front of a camera, but Natalie (and her husband, who joined us at the photo shoot as lighting guy & helper) are both relaxed, upbeat and personable, and made me feel as comfortable as I'm ever going to while smiling awkwardly and wondering what a normal human would be doing with his arms just then. The location she provided has a ton of natural light, and the kind of decor that's unassuming but nice-looking -- just right to compliment but not distract from the photos' subject, i.e. me. And the photos came out good too! Much better than I usually look in pictures. I definitely think Natalie captured me at my personal best. One small caveat, I found it a little uncomfortable that I had to pay the entire fee up front, before we'd ever even met. That made me feel like I had to invest quite a bit of trust in Natalie's skill and professionalism. It all turned out just fine in the end, so my trust wasn't misplaced, but eh, not my favorite. Overall, I'm happy with Natalie and honestly kind of delighted with my photos. I'll return to her next time I need a photographer, and I'd cheerfully recommend her to anyone looking for a headshot/portrait photographer.

She graduated some PT training with them, gave me much anxiety when her legs would hurt her, and they were always the very best at sending her home with me happy and healthy. Sadly, the last time I brought her here, it was too late to save her. Nessie was a Bernese Mountain Dog and she had hemangiosarcoma which was undiagnosed. Her symptoms the morning of her passing was primarliy lethargy, not wanting food, and pale gums. Within moments of me realizing she wasn't doing well, I got her into the car and sped to the hospital. As we were driving her symptoms got worse and I called ahead to ask for immediate help. The team was out front when we arrived and we got her onto a gurnee. I wiped out one of her eye boogers and told her I'd be right there to take care of her. Nessie sadly didn't make it to surgery. Her heart gave out before we could help her. But I know she got the best way to leave this earth as she was barely in pain and she wouldn't have liked the cancer treatment we were planning for her. The team did a really good job helping me through the hardest thing I've ever been through. My one regret is I wish I had woken earlier that day and tried to get her help faster. But sometimes things don't go the way we want. I hope if you're in need of urgent care, you can get your pup here swiftly and allow the team to do their very best. It's a hard job these Vets and the team have, taking care of our sweet angels. I've put off on writing this review as even though it's been three months, still feels very fresh to not have my sweetheart by my side. Thank you team for all your help. She was the very best girl.

Based on her bloodwork, her liver enzymes were heavily elevated. We had her there for about 2 days then got her because we were waiting on lab results and we knew we wanted her at home after a few days. Although it was a pricey visit. She was well taken care of. We still don't know why she didn't want to eat or anything not by the fault of the hospital or anything. Our dog is just a mystery. We had a follow up and liver enzymes had decreased which was a good sign. Our dog is still with us but not sure for how much longer since she is a senior dog who still refuses to eat her kidney food. But we are doing what we can but we are happy with the way our dog was treated here. Everyone was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions.
