I told him I needed an oil change and the Hyundai dealer recommended to change the drive belts. He said they were busy, but he'd squeeze me in since I was from out of town. He called me back in about an hour with an estimate. Although it seemed a little high, after explaining how he came up with it, I agreed. I took my vehicle in on Wed. Todd was nice enough to drive me back to the motel, and then when it was finished a few hours later, came and picked me up. The total was less because they didn't need to put in a full synthetic oil. I appreciated his honesty, getting me an appt. in spite of being busy, and going out of the way to take me to/from the motel and how fast they did the work. Their inventory was small and their staffing was not the usual on-commission pushers that we all fear. When we got there there was only their mechanic, who was working on a Subaru. I asked him about its price. He answered that they wouldn't know until he got everything working properly. The test drive wasn't chaperoned by dealers and the agreed price (for another Subaru) was "out the door" with none of the usual paperwork charge add-ons. A real pleasant change for this 65 year old Casper native who remembers the old Chrysler dealership and their "Wyoming market" pricing...above MSRP!

This guy showed up in 30 minutes. It took him about an hour cause it was freaking cold, but he charged me for less than an hours work plus the $3.50 for the male pigtail. There was no other service charge. I don't know if that is always the case or it's just because I was pretty close....but he's honest and he's good at what he does. He also heard my glad hand gasket leaking air and replaced it at no charge. Good to know that there are people out there still willing to do a good job at a more than fair price!!!!

One note, i have a steering wheel cover on and i am glad, the technician who did the alignment did not use gloves and the cover was covered in oil residue, please tell them to use gloves or wash up cause it is annoying to have to clean after.
