Prices are fair, but that's the only thing positive about our experience here. The girls at the front desk acted annoyed when we came with our littles to do the bounce house attraction. After finally agreeing to turn it on and let us pay for this service, I forgot my 3 year old had just had a birthday (which means he can do the big slide) and because I said 2 first, even though I tried to correct them before they put his wristband on, they refused to let him do the slide. Food was not available at the start of dinner time and every staff member I saw (6 of them) were hanging out on their phones while working. This place is a kids dream. Options for activities for kids is all ages. It's an enormous warehouse with arcade games including VR, laser tag, mini golf and a bounce house area. Much fun can be had here. Why not 5-stars? Just plain old cleanliness. I'm sure with the type of activities, the size of the space, the clientele, etc., it can be hard to keep up. But the garbages were so full I couldn't throw things away and I felt like dust was clinging to us after we left. Just be ready with hand wipes or to take a good shower after you get home from this spot. Adventure zone was a blast, took the wifey here on a date night. We went on a Monday in order to get the buy one get one free pass which let us play some arcade games, hit the batting cages and run around laser tag. It also gave us unlimited golf which we took to the fullest extent. This package only lasted 3 hours and we made the most of it. Overall really fun experience. one to things to note, of course, it's a children's playhouse so it's a little sticky here and there, but overall would recommend and go again. read more

Always fun to bring my 2 sons. We drive from the U.P. of Michigan which is 2 hours one way. Anyway with all the things going on I managed to drop my keys! Could have been a bad situation. But luckily AZ has an awesome staff and Christina L went above and beyond and helped look for them and even though my kids and I thought we flipped the place she found them!!! Saturday Night and half the games were out of order, out of Film, and employees were unable to fix the problems. Employees just standing around when game balls were on the floor in front of them. Never picked it up and put it back. Just a complete lack of training and mis-management. I can't blame the young employees as they must not have been trained for their jobs. This place is a fun place to spend an hour or two with the kids. The arcade area was huge, but at least a quarter of the games were broken or for some reason or another out of order, so that was quite the disappointment. We only played in the arcade, maybe next time we are in town hopefully we have time to try the mini golf or the laser tag and maybe the experience will be a little better. read more

There's also the option to pay for everything separately. Adventure Zone offers gaming specials on different nights of the week. Those seemed to be available during the later evening hours. A good time for three adults and one child. Spend about $15-20 per person for like three hours of fun! Wasn't crazy crowded for a Saturday night, minimal wait time for mini golf, lazar tag, and batting cadges. The new laser tag was fun for the kids and adults as well. Probably would return to do something new and goofy. Lots of hand sanitizer stations although most people, including myself, did not use them. read more

My daughter had a blast here! Staff is extremely friendly! Wish we had more time to do everything! It wasn't too expensive here and food was expected. My daughter had no complaints about the food, so that's a good sign! It was kind of confusing at first because the tickets you win get put on the VIP card instead of tickets being printed from the machine. I thought it was broken or something but we ended up figuring it out. I'm sure there's a sign somewhere that explains all of this but we weren't trying to read much, we were just focusing on the playing side of the experience. The photo booth wasn't that cool either. Had been into Adventure Zone a few times, but this year I held a birthday party for 15 3rd graders. Did the standard pizza + soda + laser tag + arcade package. The staff was quite helpful in booking and very proactive in attending to our needs while we were there. The party rooms were clean and well maintained, fairly organized. The pizza is...OK, certainly good enough for kids. The laser tag and arcade staff are friendly and as patient as you hope they would be. The only issue I had with the package I bought was that each kid only gets a few arcade tokens, and the games have really high token requirements. Live & learn. Overall I would recommend. read more

Very cool place for families! We visit the Northland several times a year but have never been inside this place. On our last visit I decided to just peek in to get an idea of the prices and facility. It was so inexpensive and looked like fun so the whole family ended up coming in. Now my review is based on a 3.5 year old, and 1 year old twins. We had a blast! The toddler loved the inflatable bouncing area and huge slide-which cost us around $3.50 for unlimited time! Yes please! He also enjoyed the skee ball and running all over to see the bright lights and spinny things on the games. Now he is a cheap date-not prize driven and doesn't want to play many of the games, but I can see where it could add up if your child does like those things. They also had several "rides" that were free-a boat, a race car, a train, a model T-like the kind that you would find in front of K-Mart in the 70's and these were a big hit with the twins. I like places that have a variety of price packages so that you can enjoy the place with any kind of budget. This time we got off cheap, but as our kids get older I could see us spending more. We will definitely be back and if we were local I could see playing here quite a bit, especially in the winter time. read more

If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive place to kill some time Adventure Zone is a good choice. Get the unlimited laser tag+mini golf+ sports tokens+ arcade tokens and you are set. Lamar tag is fun for a few times and then you should play a round of mini golf. After that do the batting cages and the arcade and you are ready to leave. If you are hungry they have a stand inside that sells fast food. Overall it's Ok but not a place you want to go more than 2 times a year. read more
