This agency is fine if you never need anything. Numerous times I've called and left messages and…read morenever received calls back. If you send an email, it could be days. You have 1 person in the office that can help you and if they aren't available, you're out of luck. It's like pulling teeth to get the receptionist to let someone who is available help you. When you complain about the fact that no one is ever available or that you called and it's been days and still no callback, they give excuses and seemingly feel it's no big deal. Oh, and Erie has no 800 number to call to make any changes to your account and they don't let you switch agents. I would suggest staying away from this particular agency.
