As soon as I complained about it, Matthew was rude to me, yelled at me and said my Hyundai Tucson 2010 was a shitty car whit a bunch of plastic underneath in front all customers. Matthew arrogance and Ego are huge. They overcharged and demand to change things that your car doesn't need. So, if you are a woman, please find a better place where to go. Be aware that mechanics have a lot knowledge about cars and some just want to take advantage of your kindness and wallet. Always look for 3 different quotes before making any decision.

For example, their diagnosis on my brakes was simply not true. I am confident this was just an attempt to sell me on brakes. A headlight diagnosis was that I had a blown bulb and there was labor required to remove the headlight assembly when in reality it was simply a blown fuse. Following this, I had the work completed elsewhere to satisfy everything they had listed for the car to pass a safety inspection. When I returned for the re-inspection they simply refused to give my car a safety and came back with a new list of things they were unhappy with that apparently required repairs or changes. This garage tries to make things seem worse than they are to get business. In the end, I did receive a refund for the cost of the safety which I am thankful for. However, there was no respect for the time that I spent satisfying their requirements for a safety certification and dealing with made up issues that were not of concern. When performing a safety inspection on a car there is a schedule that you must follow. If the car meets the standards specified it is safe to be used on the road. I can't understand how you can have your own set of standards and then not honor the repairs that you had requested. I would avoid this garage and not go back, I hope you avoid the same mistake I made.

By the time they finished and the young man was speaking to me 100 miles an hour saying I need to change many filters which were fairly new I was charged $169.00. When I questioned him re: price of filter, he said that it was necessary. I checked somewhere else and that was not the case. I'm disappointed in this gauging and greed. From now on I take my car to my trusted mechanic who by the way charges $50.00 for an oil change. Sad commentary on our greedy humanity.

Went here today for an oil change and flush for our Sonata as it has been running with the timing…read moreoff and the engine light on. I'd been to Mr. Lube before where the upsell is horrifying. Madeline greeted me right away and was so friendly and personable. I was there when they opened, so they took my car in right away. She only recommended services that really needed to be completed like a transmission flush and radiator flush, both of which are way overdue. They showed me the dirty oil (our car uses oil, always has and needs engine flushes quite often). Afterward, I got to see the stick showing the oil full and clean. They also replaced a brake light, checked and topped up the fluids and made the air pressure equal in all tires. The waiting room is nice with coffee and a tv. I brought my own coffee,but would suggest they have cream available for the coffee, or I wouldn't partake. Another woman there didn't have any for the same reason. I really appreciated being able to know the total up front before they started on anything and no pressure about things that need to be done in the future. They also charge half what Mr. Lube was asking for the engine flush. The mechanics were super fast and Madeline offered such excellent customer service. An honest and friendly place to have your maintenance performed. Will be back later in the month to have the other two services performed.
