I took my 2008 Lexus RX350 that had recently passed safety by two different mechanics. I had a…read morenoise coming from the rear passenger side. I took it into Total Auto Service for repair. Their mechanic diagnosed the noise as two faulty struts and two faulty rear sway bar links. For $1300 they replaced the parts and the exact same problem was there. All they did was replace parts in hopes it fixed the problem. When they said there was still a noise they were right. It was the same noise when k brought it in. I took it into another mechanic and they diagnosed it as axles and wheel bearing hubs. When I contacted them, I received excuse after excuse and you could tell from the outset they are the type of business where they throw parts at problems and hope it fixes the issue. They also were completely unprofessional as even through you had proof of the mistake and misdiagnosis they had no intentions of making the situation right. There attitude is such that they could care less about mistakes. In fact, when cornered with evidence of the mistake they pulled the harassment card. Apparently complaining about a mistake constitutes harassment. They also mentioned the mechanic was on "sick leave". This may be true but how convenient! If you want a mechanic that stands by their mechanics and their work than buyer beware. Fortunately I am pursuing other options to get my money back and file associated complaints with regulatory authorities. It has now become more a point of the matter. Never do business with a company not willing to resolve a matter.

My motther-in-law always has reliable, newer vehicles as she is required to do a lot of driving for her job. Her cars always look good, sound good and last long! We thought we should ask her, and she recommended the Auto Dr. When I called Auto Dr to book my appointment they were very courteous, polite & precise about everything, and really listened to my description of the cars needs. I got an appointment for the next day! The gentleman I booked with ensured me it was not always the case, but they always did there best get everyone in. Awesome Customer Service! When I dropped my car off, it was a little confusing to find the entrance, as the building he is in is shared with a private car dealership. I found my way, and went to the desk where I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who confirmed my number, asked a few questions, and then let me know they would be looking at it very soon, and asked if I wanted to wait, or if we wanted a ride home for when we wait. I was so impressed by this service! Our car was in the shop for about 4 hours, and we were getting a tune up and oil change (plus I needed a few bulbs, belts, minor repairs done) I found it was a very quick servicing. Our car has never ran better, not even when I got it new! It was also very clean inside, and did not have any grease spots or dirt, The steering wheel was also clean. The Price was so affordable, we were very impressed. and have been back since for more major work, and I completely trust their expertise and ethics! Lucky us!
