The work had not been started (likely a 2 minute job at most) - even though I gave them complete leeway / discretion on font, etc. IMO - a business to avoid.

There are several locations across the city, but this particular location was able to help me in a big way. The first thing that I appreciated was their swift communication. An email led to a phone call, which lead to a quick quote. They were professional the entire time and extremely good about conveying what specific print sizes were needed. The second was the quote itself, which was substantially less than several other services that I shopped around with. They were able to break down the price in a way that made sense, but more importantly was affordable in a timely manner.
