We visited for drinks and sides as we weren't very hungry, only to be charged for two additional full meals. When we questioned this, we were told, 'You can't just turn up to a restaurant and order sides.' While I understand if there is a minimum spend or specific process, charging for meals we never received without any prior explanation is unacceptable. There was no attempt to clear up the 'misunderstanding' and no apology offered. The only resolution provided was a refund for one side dish. I will not be returning to Rococo and will certainly not be recommending it to anyone visiting Noosa.

The restaurant was 1/5 full and we chose a seat overlooking the street. It was a warm day and the waitress offered to get water, but this took almost 20 minutes to arrive. We asked for the water jug to be left and were told that they were not allowed to do this but would top up water on request. We asked a few questions about the menu, and the answers were vague. I ordered the Chicken Slouvaki with broccolini side and my partner ordered the Caprese salad with fries on the side The food arrived and while looking nice on the plate, the portion sizes were very small for the price. And in fact the sides were larger than the mains - and cheaper. No salt or pepper on the table. The Aioli that came with the fries was not balanced and more a mayonnaise than an Aioli. We asked for tomato sauce and a small dish was bought out. Barely enough for the fries The chicken slouvaki was ok but barely enough to fill the flat bread. The sauce was more a sour cream than a nice Greek tzatziki. The menu stated it came with fries which it did, however did not add to the Greek feel of the dish Overall a pricey lunch in a nice restaurant but ourselves and the other patrons did not get the service one would expect with perhaps 8 tables full and three servers on staff Think we would look for something different next time.
