****Updated review**** Wow, what a difference a year makes…read more Yelp readers, this is a lesson in giving second chances even when you have a negative experience. So last year was a complete disaster. I had someone come and give me a quote and had no less than 4 broken promises of someone to come and do the install. A year later, my husband asked if we were going to try again. The owner did reach out last year after my negative review and an email I send to him apologizing after-all. Reluctantly, I reached out again this year. I contacted the owner directly. He responded right away and welcomed the opportunity to provide service this year (Christmas lights). 10/10 experience! Someone reached out scheduling my date, someone texted to confirm my date, someone called the day before to confirm the layout, we even FaceTimed! Someone called the day of to confirm again, and the confirmed person arrived on time! He did an amazing job. When I asked for one thing he confirmed I really wanted it like that and once he questioned it I realized I didn't, it wouldn't have looked good so I appreciated him asking as opposed to just doing it like the layout said. He tweaked things once he looked at it from a distance and I mean the entire experience was just amazing. So much so we are going to have them quote us some permanent outdoor lights for our backyard. Hands down I would recommend them.

Came in the next day and told me he finished it, but when I got home I noticed my front brick of the house was not even touched and had lots of debris still. And that's where things went downhill. Even though I paid their overpriced invoice of over $650 right away as I thought they'll stand behind their work, I got nothing but run around from all their people who not only ignored my calls and even rescheduled me for the wash but never even showed up nor apologized for again wasting my time and eventually stopped returning my text, calls and emails!! they got their money and they're gone!!

His report isn't just a book filled with pictures, he takes the time to type out the issues & he doesn't just copy and paste. I am in the process of accumulating rental properties in the area, all of which were built in the 1940's. Going forward, I am trusting Jonathan with the due diligence for all of these properties. I used the most recent inspection report as a checklist for my HVAC work, plumbing & also for my GC to get things done. He really does a good job breaking things down & annotating.

An hour later, Don Burns showed up to look over the project and give me an estimate. Right on time the next morning, a team showed up and started taking the tree down. Before they were finished another team arrived and started chipping and hauling away the debris. About two hours later another two people showed up and ground the stump out.
