Three of the recruiters that reached out to me all suggested that I change the format of my resume. I reached out to Tom and explained the situation and he never responded. I reached out to him a few more times and again, no response. It was only after I threatened to leave negative feedback on the internet did Tom respond. Tom said that there was a medical emergency in the family that he was dealing with and that he would get back to me shortly. Three more weeks go by before I (not Tom) reach out. Again, no response. When I received the final copy of my resume, I had asked Tom at that time if I wasn't getting any responses from potential employers, if he would re-work my resume, just like all the reputable resume writing companies do. He said that he would. Apparently, Tom lied to me. Because of this, I can not and will not recommend Tom to write anyone's resume.
