The second one…read morehas been pretty rough ...from parking lot problems, remodeling and upgrades in the complex to maintenance issues. Our last saga was with the AC. It has not been the first time we have reported issues with the air conditioning systems. Last week the AC stopped working and the temperature rose and stayed at 86 degrees the whole day. We followed the rules by sending emails to let the maintenance team know what was happening, a total of 4 emails were sent out and 4 calls were made. Total silence. No one contacted us. No one came. It was a hellish day and an even nightmarish evening. So, my question is, what is the point of having an emergency maintenance email and a phone number if no one is going to have the decency to at least give you a call back or a text saying they are busy. The leasing office and management needs to do a better job at streamlining rules, guidelines and protocols in place Rent there is not cheap and I feel I am paying to get my buttons pushed on a regular basis.

They didn't show me the gym, pool.. any amenities at all. The "spa" area is poorly designed meaning not enough ventilation for the hot tubs not the saunas; grout lines old water and then turn green. Towards the end of our 2.5 years the elevators started to have A LOT of problems and it became pretty standard towards the end that only 1 of 4 elevators would ever be working. This was very frustrating. They tried to fix it many, many times, and they continued to break many, many times. It was something that seemed to happen with the hurricane so not sure it will ever truly be fixed. Overall, in the general area, this is definitely the best complex to live in. What I appreciated more than anything is that the fees / cost of living was very transparent. We never had an issue with any "hidden fees" or suspicious random fees popping up in our monthly bill. Never had a single issue with the leasing office. In the 2.5 years had a total of 2 maintenance requests we had to put in; guest bathroom shower head pressure and garbage disposal issue. When we moved out, there was not any exorbitant pining after our security deposit. We were charged $150 for the TV mounting holes in the living room which we considered fair, and honestly more than reasonably priced, because the Geek Squad guy did perform quite a hack job to the wall in the mounting process. The renewal rates were consistently exorbitant which is why we ultimately moved out. Our initial renewal was offered to us with a 25% increase and we did renew that lease. The subsequent renewal was offered to us at around a 30% increase, on top of our previous 25% increase, which caused us to ultimately move out as the rates in the building had outpaced rates on Water Street / notoriously higher end areas.

Last night I accidentally lost my ring in my trash as I was closing it and throw it down the trash shoot without even knowing. A hour later I realized my ring was missing, this ring belonged to my mom who passed two years ago, and was given to her by my father on there 25th wedding anniversary. I immediately dropped everything and ran downstairs to the concierge to ask to go through the trash. I was unable to retrieve it due to the machine and the front desk said they would let the maintenance men know. Just from looking about 10 minutes myself I knew how horrible and difficult it would be to find it in all the trash. I work in an operating room and as an anesthesia provider so I was not able to hang around this morning to help them. Vinny personally called me while I was working and let me know they would try to find it. About a hour later I received a call back that Vinny, Omar, and Joed spent a hour looking for the ring and they found it. I cannot even imagine having to go through all that garage and the amount of effort and time that took. This ring is the only thing I have left of my mom that she wore everyday and it means everything to me. These men have changed my day and I hope they can be recognized for their outstanding hard work, kindness, and dedication. I hope someone within your company can recognize these men for this event because that made a difference in my experience living here, even after almost 2 years. You have an outstanding staff who works at your Tampa location including the concierge who also tried to help me look. If I could give zero stars, I would…read more Living at this property has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I have ever had. For months, I have dealt with ongoing noise disturbances from a neighboring unit, including loud banging against walls, objects being slammed on the floor, screaming, and other disruptive behavior that regularly continued late into the night and early morning hours. There were numerous nights where I was unable to sleep because of the constant noise. I repeatedly reported these issues to management, provided videos documenting the disturbances, called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent numerous emails. Despite being told the situation was being handled, very little communication was provided. I often had to chase management for updates, only to receive vague responses or no response at all. The lack of urgency shown by management is unacceptable. When a resident is consistently losing sleep and documenting ongoing disturbances, there should be immediate action and proactive communication. Instead, I was left feeling ignored while the problem continued. To make matters worse, my washing machine was broken for approximately six weeks. Rather than repairing or replacing it within a reasonable timeframe, I was told to use the washing machine in a neighboring unit. I found that response completely unreasonable. Residents pay a premium to live here and should not have to depend on another apartment to perform basic daily tasks because management cannot timely resolve maintenance issues. Another issue prospective tenants should be aware of is the number of units being used as "corporate housing." Which is simply just Airbnbs. The constant turnover of occupants creates an environment that often feels more like short-term lodging than a residential apartment community. If you're considering signing a lease, I would strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about how many units are being used this way. The most disappointing part of my experience has been the way management handled resident concerns. In my experience, the property manager was dismissive, unresponsive, and disrespectful throughout the process. After multiple calls, emails, and requests for updates, I was often left without answers and felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For the amount of rent charged, residents should expect responsive management, timely maintenance, and a peaceful SAFE living environment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Between the ongoing noise issues, extended maintenance delays, poor communication, and lack of professionalism, I would NEVER recommend this property based on my experience. My partner thought he possibly just didn't close the door the night before ? And I didn't really question it. And now that I look back at my car door being open, being the only vehicle towed "for no tag" (yet there were other vehicles not tagged in resident parking) my car all the way at the back of the community was picked out to be towed. And now my ignition starter being ripped out and lightbulb glass scattered on my seat. I'm a stay at home mom, I don't talk to anyone or come out! Who hates me this much to do this and before Christmas. I filed a police report. This place doesn't seem like it has cameras. Its 11am but for other yelp people, I'll take a picture about how the night lamps that they have posted DO NOT WORK back here. Two of them are out and it's been like that for months now. It's dark as hell to be walking to my apartment with my 8 month old. There must be drug dealers in the building or something. It is almost daily at this point. I have filed complaints, told the front desk, contacted corporate, no one does anything but close the tickets I file and pretend nothing has happened. If you like your apartment, clothes, and furniture smelling like smoke that is what you will experience here almost every day. There is no concern about residents except to make sure they get paid. My apartment flooded last year during the hurricane and I had to fight to keep a dehumidifier in my room to prevent mold. The windows opened during the hurricane (not even a direct hit) and when the contractor came he told me they have had multiple problems with the rooms and that it would probably happen again. The hallways have marks on them and the place is obviously degrading over time. This place has nice luxury features such as a nice pool, gym, and rooftop, but the rooms are built with the cheapest materials known to man and the lack of attention from the management company is a huge problem and why I don't recommend living here to anyone.
