If you didn't already know, aerial arts are no joke! It is a big work out and I was so sore the next day. Anyway, we next moved on to playing around with the pole. Kelly taught us everything from hand placement to advanced moves that involved spinning around in mid air. The two hour time slot is perfect, any longer and it's too exhausting. The price is set regardless of party size, around $55 per person. Considering the equipment required, it is reasonable. I highly recommend this studio!

It was an hour long and she did a phenomenal job keeping us through our flow and finishing class on strong note. Because I'm from out of town, I rented a mat for three dollars which was in great condition and there was cleaning spray easily acceptable to wipe it down and let it dry. Parking is easy and right in front of the building. It's in a plaza which is surrounded by coffee shops in other cute restaurants. I would highly suggest checking it out.

He has an excellent way of engaging with students of all levels and modifying class to suit their needs. The only downside is during some classes, a different staff member vacuums during that time. He interrupts class by coming into our training space as we are conditioning...which is not only rude but not safe. The instructor that needs to then try to talk loudly over the vacuum. It's very distracting and disrespectful! Also, on occasion people are outside smoking and the smoke drifts into the gym. Overall, I give the movement sanctuary an excellent rating.
