Doesn't look like much when you walk past due to the funny location. Often times late to class at 6PM due to traffic unfortunately but each instructor I've had has been welcoming and friendly regardless. Classes can be a bit small and that's a great thing because a student receives more one on one instruction/attention. My boyfriend and I have been taking aerial yoga on tuesdays and have been having so much fun building strength that I brought my mom! Aerial arts is a MUST TRY for anyone scared, that's good! Use that excitement to try something new. Just beware a student must come in pretty often to maintain skills as setting up aerial silks at home can be quite hard...

Ohmygaaawwdddd....this aerial yoga class was hard but soooo cool. The instructor we had was Demi, she was super informative and patience with me lol But once you get the hang of things literally hanging. The postures and movements are so beautiful! You get a good work out too. Honestly I thought I was about to throw up because I was probably using my core in ways I didn't know I could use. But definitely going to try aerial yoga again.

I worked out at Aerial Revolution for years and realized I never posted a review but this place is just awesome as a place to start any aerial apparatus, gain new friends, and build confidence while getting the strongest you've ever been in your life! I also performed for the studio and their shows really were rewarding and they encourage anyone with the drive to try performing. I love the performance coach Lisa, she is so encouraging and became a good friend to me. Also the owner Jessica is such a powerhouse as a woman and truly inspiring. Another instructor that I adore is Marena. AR is truly a family and I am grateful for my experience there!

The first few aerial yoga classes I took were at Trilogy Sanctuary awhile back. It was such an amazing experience that I wanted to go again. Unfortunately, the class I booked there was cancelled. Glad that I found Aerial Revolution. It's an amazing space. When I walked in, there was a sign that said "The noblest art is that of making others happy" which I truly believe. Some of the warm ups were too much for me. They went a little too fast. The people in our class were helpful. I hope to go back again, if I can. The only negative of my experience was that people were coming in during our class and it made it hard for me. My only regret, was that I forgot to ask someone to take pictures.

Aerial Revolution was part of the entertainment offered last Thursday night at the grand opening of the Broadstone apartment complex in Little Italy. I found it a very original way to engage the possible customers or simply the audience gathered by the posh pool and contemplate and admire the elasticity of these guys and girls very Cirque du Soleil style! I liked the performances a lot, that were totally coordinated with the music offered. I did not know they offer classes, so I need to check that out (just happen to know now when I got ready to write a review). I think this type of entertainment bring us to the basics of childhood, when we (most of) all dreamed of traveling the world in a circus and performing arts and getting paid for it! Well, not everybody is that fit, so enjoy the candy for the eyes too! Will check out one of their classes and see what can I learn!

This review is long, long overdue! I first began my aerial adventures here a little over 2 years ago. They have aerial silks, aerial hammock, aerial hoop, aerial yoga, trapeze, Chinese pole, and flexibility classes among many others. After my first class, I was immediately hooked! Since the beginning of this year, I haven't been coming as regularly but I still go once in a while to learn new skills and catch up with my aerial buddies. All of the instructors go through a very meticulous certification process so they are very skilled and well trained. After taking multiple classes with different instructors, I haven't had an instructor I didn't like. Every season, they put an on aerial showcase where students and instructors can perform. These can also be considered fundraising events for the studio to raise money to replace the aerial hardware and supplies. If you're thinking about taking a class but aren't quite sure, just give it a shot. It's a very supportive environment, and Groupon usually does a great introductory deal for newcomers!

I've dabbled in dancing and martial arts most of my life and gymnastics/aerial arts for the past two years and had been frustrated at hitting fitness plateaus that kept me from getting to the next level. This camp has helped me build a foundation of fitness and body confidence I didn't expect to reach especially in just a few months. Maring is experienced and knowledgeable with both conventional calisthenics and aerial arts. It shows in her targeted workouts which she keeps varied and engaging. She has a keen eye for both her students' form and safety which has given me the security and comfort I've needed to explore moves and push myself harder. The setting is warm and invitational with a focus on personal growth and achievement. As long as I've been going, the other students have themselves been welcoming and knowledgeable, very approachable with questions and understanding of any hiccups along the way. This class is perfect for people who want to build a strong fitness foundation, especially for aerial arts. I strongly recommend this camp to anyone with even the slightest inkling to explore aerial arts as a hobby or who wants to get a total body work out outside of the typical gym environment. No previous aerial silks experience required! (I'm proof!)

Coast Flight Training stood out immediately with the nicest facilities by far. Coast operates a fleet of 17 well-maintained aircraft, three free desktop simulators, and an FAA approved simulator. What truly sold me, however, was the customer service and maintenance staff. Anytime I had a question or concern about an aircraft, the on-site maintenance team was readily available to assess and address it, which provided a great deal of confidence and safety. Scheduling was also very flexible and accommodating, allowing me to efficiently complete my training within the projected timeframe. Additionally, Coast's location in San Diego at Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport provided invaluable experience training at one of the busiest Class D Airports in the country. Training in this complex airspace helped build real-world confidence, and I now feel comfortable navigating any airspace nationwide. I would highly recommend Coast Flight Training to anyone looking to earn their private pilot license recreationally or to those pursuing a career in the airlines.

I've been wanting to try aerial yoga for a while, but the only studio I knew of was in La Jolla. This location was much more convenient for me. It's located in Point Loma bordering OB. The class was definitely challenging, but Amanda created a welcoming environment and made sure everyone felt comfortable. From what I understand, they have their aerial yoga and a few other classes on the outdoor deck. Both times the class I took was in their indoor studio... Not a huge fan of that room. It's kind of stuffy. The first time I was there it was a busy class. The floor was quite dirty, a lot of dust balls and hair that was not mine were kind of floating by me. There's a door at the back of the studio and several people left a few minutes early, which I found very disruptive. It's not like the class went over in time. I thought it was honestly rude of those people to get up and walk through the class early and make all that ruckus with the door while other people are trying to settle into the final resting pose. They know how long it's supposed to be. The second time I visited, I've booked a class that online said it was going to be outside on the deck. When I got there, the class was inside. At least this time the studio was very clean! I was bummed though to not be practicing on the deck in the fresh air.

From the first message, Ana treated my husband's party like it was her own. She listened closely to my vision, asked smart questions and came up with ideas that made everything more magical while still honoring my preferences. With my permission, she even came a full day early to rehearse and walk the space, making sure her lollipop pole had the perfect placement and that every transition would flow smoothly. That level of preparation and care is rare. The night of the party, Ana and Lexe were absolutely stunning. They arrived early, were fully prepared, and stayed warm, positive, and gracious from start to finish. They greeted our guests with genuine smiles, looked incredible and carried themselves with a perfect mix of glamour and professionalism. Specific moments our guests are still talking about: - The champagne toast on the lollipop pole was a jaw-dropping, camera-worthy moment. - Their LED wing dance was so beautiful it genuinely brought me close to tears. - Ana moved seamlessly from aerial silks to fire dancing to champagne pouring on the lollipop pole, then joined Lexe for a breathtaking LED wings performance on the lollipop. The range of skills in one evening was unreal. What impressed me most was Ana's work ethic and heart. She is kind, motivated, open-minded, and incredibly respectful. She gave me creative control on final decisions, but her experience and artistic eye elevated the entire event far beyond what I imagined.
