He left them a note explaining what he did and that he was unable to get the fan motor reinstalled. They came and got the compressor running, to the tune of $300. Great, right?!?! Well, we then got a call from our tenant that it was still not getting cold. Well, it turns out that he never checked to see if the compressor was doing it's job, just got it running. That's what the not said, they told me. Even though the original work order was for a unit not cooling. They will go back out in 4 more days and charge us AGAIN to fix it. No thanks. We have 4 rental properties in baltimore and could have been a great customer. Thanks for not doing a complete job!!

You call and you get put on a "hold loop" that goes over and over again until it just hangs up on you. Don't even try to call within 30 minutes of their closing time because they'll just keep you on hold until their closing time and hang up so that when you try and call back you'll get their voicemail that they're closed. When you do get them they make promises that the part will be delivered, but then when you call on the date indicated, they tell you it's not there yet and they'll research it and call you back. They never have once called me back. This has happened three times already. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
