On 6/25/25 the hottest day of this year our heat pump outside unit stopped working. I called many companies that were telling me how backed up they were and that it would be at least 2 weeks. Both my wife and I have very serious lung issues and actually she just had a stroke last month. We needed are air unit fixed as quickly as possible. When I called Wayne he said he could come out that day and when he arrive on time 3 hours later he figured out the problem explained it to me and had it fixed in less then 20 minutes. I contacted Wayne's in May after researching local HVAC installers on Yelp and a couple of other websites. I also contacted a couple of other companies as well because I knew, after over 20 years, the "cheap" HVAC system in my house was primed for a full replacement and I was going to be shelling out $$ thousands $$. I just suffered through that past winter with little heat and intermittent failures and wasn't willing to suffer the same issues during the coming Summer months. Without question, he was the most professional, honest and forthright of the companies I talked to. Wayne showed up the next day after calling, gave a very fair and reasonable price, scheduled a time to come and perform the complete installation, arrived exactly as promised, went out of his way to modify the piping between the interior to the exterior unit, finished well before I expected and charged exactly what he stated. The only reason I waited over 6 month to write this review is because it was an entire HVAC system install, so I wanted to make sure that it indeed was both Air Conditioning and Heating, and here it is at the beginning of Winter and everything is still working perfectly. Wayne is an absolute gem! Yesterday, when it was approximately 100 degrees outside, our A/C went kaput. I called our regular HVAC repair company to find they were closed on Saturdays. They'd serviced and repaired our A/C unit several times before, and as I have approximately 0 knowledge or understanding of HVAC systems, their work seemed satisfactory. After a Yelp search for the best HVAC repair in my area, I found Wayne. I called the number and the man himself answered right away! He was friendly, told me he'd be able to get to my home in a few hours (for an additional fee, as it was a Saturday), and was upfront about pricing. He ended up being able to come earlier than expected and was communicative throughout. When he arrived, he looked at parts of our A/C that no other company had ever even thought to look at! He asked questions that no one else asked. He had more knowledge than any former technicians had displayed. The coil was frozen over and Wayne was getting inundated with calls, so he left the coil to defrost and said he'd return in a few hours (in the past when this has happened, the technicians insisted that I wait overnight for it to thaw which is the absolute worst because I'm not super fond of tossing and turning in 90-degree-heat). He did, in fact, return a few hours later and complete the fix--and what a fix it was! Even though our house is set to the same temperature, it's cooler than it's ever been despite the 90+ degree temperatures outside. And to top it all off, Wayne's comprehensive service was less than our normal HVAC repair company--even with the extra price for a Saturday call-out! Wayne let me know what I already suspected--that our A/C is on its last legs and will need to be replaced soon. Rest assured, we will be hiring Wayne to install it. After this, I wouldn't look anywhere else. He is trustworthy, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, communicative, professional, and fair. I cannot recommend Wayne enough! read more

Wayne is the guy you want. My furnace stopped blowing hot air, I did a bit of my own research, then started calling around to different services (I am new to the area). Unfortunately, I had another company come first. The technician clearly did not have the experience to properly diagnose the issue and wanted to charge me $800 for a new computer board, then warned me that there may be further issues (and expenses) once that was fixed. I decided to get a second opinion. Right from our first conversation, it was clear Wayne was extremely knowledgeable. He was familiar with the furnace and knew to test out some common issues before pronouncing expensive parts to replace. Wayne ordered our equipment which came in ahead of schedule thankfully since temperatures were plummeting, scheduled us quickly and had his installers out within two weeks of our initial contact. Used Yelp to find Wayne. It was one of the best things I could have done! Wayne himself responded first thing in the morning as my request was 12p the night before. He is very reasonable in price, was $85 per visit. I was getting other estimates at $150-$350 to come out. He is a down to earth and very friendly. He educated me more than once on the equipment and how to take care of it. He was at my house the day of the request around 130p. Unfortunately my problem persisted but he walked me through the process on how to jump start my fan. He came back out to test everything thinking it was the motherboard, which it was. Came out again to replace that and take care of my AC needs. Would recommend Wayne to friends, family, and neighbors. Wayne came out to our house within a couple of hours during a heatwave! I saw yeah great reviews on yelp. So I contacted him and he came out later in the day and fixed it. Service is excellent. Cost is very reasonable. And he's my AC guy forever. He correctly diagnosed the situation. He also made recommendations on how to run my AC more efficiently. I was very happy and I should've written the review sooner. As this was in August. Fast forward to Labor Day weekend, Sunday. Our thermostat for our other unit was not working. Made a couple Google searches on Wi-Fi and figured it was beyond my expertise. I contacted him with a text message.
