Tyrell was the one who walked me through how to use the machine and figure out which mask I could tolerate. And not only that, I can call, text, and email him with questions when things seem to go a little weird. Don't judge the building by its facade. The people are really friendly and helpful, and after an entire lifetime of sleep deprivation, it's good to finally begin to experience RESTFUL instead of restive sleep. So thanks, Ty!

When I picked up the items, I was told that certain items were not covered and I'd have to pay full price. I paid for the items trusting that they were correct. I called my insurance to verify (in general, we have very good insurance so I was surprised at the cost), and was told that in fact I should not have been charged anything, and that the provider should have billed through medical, not pharmacy. The insurance representative specifically confirmed this based on that pharmacy, as well. It was a significant amount so I called the pharmacy to see what I needed to do to get their billing mistake corrected. The pharmacist, Liz, was immediately hostile. She said that 'if they could even do anything' I'd need to come back to the store to show them my insurance card, since I'd provided the information to them over the phone previously (at their request before they would process the order) so they'd 'never even seen my card'. I returned to the store with the receipt and items where I was grilled as to why I didn't have separate insurance and pharmacy cards (I don't know, that's all my insurance provided) and why there was no pharmacy contact phone number (again, I don't know). After some exasperated phone calls, Liz came over and said that she would 'be nice' and refund me for around 10% of the items, but according to law she wouldn't accept any of the other items. Her rudeness and attitude were entirely unacceptable so at this point I decided that it would likely be more productive to file a complaint with my insurance company than to continue to try and deal with such hostility, so I took the items and left. I will never return, and I would strongly recommend no one else patronize The Medicine Shoppe in New Cumberland.
