From the…read moreinitial booking process to the day of the shoot, my experience with Pussycat Pinups Boudoir Photography was absolutely amazing. Beth was incredibly patient and took the time to listen to my vision while also offering her professional expertise and creative suggestions. She did my makeup, and a hairstylist styled my hair, making me feel beautiful, glamorous, and confident from the start. Even when I found myself in some funny, awkward poses, Beth made me feel completely comfortable. I trusted her and the process, and I ended up having so much fun! I was able to do multiple outfit changes, and she had a wonderful variety of backgrounds and backdrops to choose from. She created such a welcoming atmosphere with music, laughter, and easy conversation throughout the entire session. One of the things I appreciated most was the value. She offers several great package options, and mine included all of the photos plus a selection of professionally edited images. I also had Beth create a beautiful photo album as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loved it! If you're considering a boudoir photoshoot, I highly recommend Pussycat Pinups Boudoir Photography. It was an empowering, fun, and unforgettable experience that left me feeling confident and celebrated.

Let's just say... she absolutely understood the assignment. What I really appreciated was how much class the studio brought to the entire experience. The images were sexy without being too much, elegant without losing that playful and intimate feel. They clearly knew how to highlight her beauty in a tasteful, flattering, and polished way. You can tell this studio knows exactly what they're doing. The photos definitely had plenty of heat, but just as important, my wife seemed comfortable throughout the process, and that showed in the final results. As her husband, I'll just say I probably spent longer admiring the photos than I should admit in a Yelp review. This was absolutely a home run of a birthday gift. If you're looking for a boudoir studio that can create something sexy, polished, and genuinely classy, I would absolutely recommend them. To respect my wife's privacy, I attached AI-generated recreations inspired by the actual shots.

From the professional hair and makeup to the mood board and music selection, I felt guided every step of the way. My photographer, Adrian, was amazing, professional and so easy to work with guiding me with ideas and tips for different poses. He started the session with positive affirmations which totally shifted my energy from anxious to empowered. Once the music started, I truly got into character and had a blast. It was so fun being a model!!! The photos came out absolutely stunning... I couldn't believe it was me! I've never felt more beautiful. When I showed my girlfriends, they were blown away and wanted to book a session. Most importantly, my husband was moved to tears and said it the best gift he's ever received from me. This was such an intimate and personal gift to him and he loved it. I highly recommend Scarlett Boudoir Studios to any woman. When I was a tween I realized I wanted to be an actress. I loved to be on stage and to perform. I…read moreread everything I could on how to make it in Hollywood. I was in Texas so my options were fairly limited since I wasn't looking to rope any cattle or sang with a twang, but I was able to find a modeling and talent agency nearby. I begged my mother to take me there and we went, me armed with my short resume, a lot of moxie and excitement. We were seen by a middle-aged, frumpy man who took one look at me and told my mother that I wasn't model material: I was too dark and should consider other options. I was devastated and I never forgot that jackhole, crusher of tween girl dreams. It took me a while to recover from that. I wish I was cognizant of the art of voodoo at that time, 'cause that mothereffer would have had all kinds of pains in his nether regions. When I won a gift certificate for a photo session with Boudoir Rouge Photography, I was at once elated and nervous. This is my second chance! My headshots don't count, which, by the way, if anyone wants any I'll be happy to autograph one for you; I need to get rid of those things! I'll be sending them out as holiday cards until I'm beating knuckleheads upside their heads with my granny cane. Anyway, I had the same kind of mild anxiety I get when I'm afraid someone who thinks I'm all mature will find out I sometimes sing along to Miley Cyrus songs. I thought, "I'm going to have someone staring at my face for hours? What about what my sister said about my chin when we were in 6th grade?" "I don't know nothin' about being sexy. I try to pout and I look like a constipated blowfish." Thankfully, I had nothing to worry about. From the moment I first spoke to Monica, the photographer and I believe, founder of BRP, on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She has an extremely warm and soothing way about her. She assured me this shoot would be more housewife than ho, despite the fact that I'd only be covering my lady bits - if even that. After speaking with her, I was so excited to go shopping for sexified outfits for my shoot. In the weeks before my shoot I'd practice different poses, trying to find looks that worked for me. Be careful driving down the 405 licking your lips seductively in your rearview mirror; you might end up with a creepy, dentally-challenged dude in a beat-up truck as your biggest fan and stalker. The day of the shoot, Monica arrived with her photographer-to-go kit at my home. While I worked on my makeup and nerves, she worked on transforming my bedroom. When I walked into my bedroom post boudoirification I was floored. Where the hell was I? It sure wasn't *my* bedroom. This was some other chick's sexy man-eating chambre. It was an amazing transformation! *I* wanted to be all up in that room being hot. Before we began she mentioned to me that some of her clients like to drink a glass of wine before the shoot to relax. You ain't got to tell me twice! I can't drink wine anymore, so I said, screw it, I'm going for the vodka. At 10am, there I was doing shots of vodka. Hell yeah, I was feeling great then! Let's take this shit off and get it done! At first, I was a little shy. I was also a little freaked about having my blinds open on my street-facing windows, me in undies, attempting to pose seductively. I was afraid one of my neighbors would walk by, get an eyeful and start thinking he needs to come by for a visit soon. Eww and no. Monica is like the lingerie-whisperer. Within 20 minutes, I was so relaxed and calm, and it wasn't just the vodka warming it's way through my body. It was Monica, she made me feel beautiful, she made me feel like every pose I did put Cindy Crawford to shame, I was thinking I was hot shit ready to call up "Victoria Secret" and say, "Yo, you ain't met Ms. Keisha." Her direction was so simple to follow and allowed me to focus more on being comfortable in my skin. I felt like a star and I was living my tween dream. By the end of the session, I felt like a model. I was strutting around in my bra and panties and heels like "what?!" I was ready to shimmy down the street. After the shoot, I was like a kid waiting for Christmas, so anxious to see my sneak preview. I'm not gonna lie, when I saw the sneak peek of my photos I thought I was the business. I sent some of the photos to my sister and she said, "Hello Keisha Kardashian" which I *think* was a compliment. The 8 x 10 and small flip book I later ordered were beautifully packaged with care. Now I have memorialized for all of time my youth and perkiness and I can show my grandkids and say, "Look what granny used to have!" Nothing would give me more pleasure than to send a copy of these photos to that frumpy asshole at the talent agency, show him what Keisha grew up to be. I'd include a note that said, "How ya like *these* apples?"

I had even gone shopping specifically for this and needed inspiration because I had no clue what to wear. I was super nervous the day of my shoot and once I arrived to the studio Monica was there with her makeup artist. They both greeted me and once we started to chat I began to feel comfortable. It was as if we were old friends hanging out to play dress up. My makeup and hair was awesome, I can't remember the makeup artist's name but she really listened to me and nailed the look I wanted. Monica was super helpful with picking out outfits. I took my husband's jersey to wear in one of the looks which Monica totally encouraged me to do it. I brought along my wedding shoes and pearls which were sentimental because they're pieces I'd wear on my wedding day. I can't even express how professional and comfortable my session was. At the end of the photo session I felt like this would be something I'd do again as long as Monica is the photographer. She gave great directions on posing and you definitely gain that confident bad b!tch attitude as you go. I was extremely happy with my proofs which made it very hard to choose. Thank god I had a couple of good friends look through them and narrow down the 20 pics for his book. My husband loved his wedding present and soon we will get the other pictures I didn't purchase. I look forward to working with Monica again! She loves what she does and it shows in her work!

She made me feel like I was getting the red carpet treatment! Normally I don't rock make-up or do my hair or wear luscious gowns but mannnn!! In the time leading up to our session, we had a consult to talk about the look I wanted and the outfits I wanted to wear. I personally wanted to focus on my workout gear and she gave me the option to consider and think on also lingerie and a fancy gown. I said well, yeah, let's do it! Fast forward to the day of, I had a whole suitcase packed with possible outfits--- I counted on Nadine's expert eye to choose the colors she thought would pop. I then was ushered over to meet the make-up team-- like I mentioned earlier, this is normally not something I'd do. It was just awesome sitting there just getting pampered. Eye sensitivity is a thing for me but my eyes were done with the most super gentle brush strokes (turns out my make up artist trained in fine art). Anyway, once we got to the shoot itself, Nadine made me super comfortable. We shot me in my fitness outfits in a few backgrounds at first. I didn't really have a gown or anything fancy for the more dressy part and it was here that Nadine busted out an incredible two piece dress that she thought I could pull off lol. Lastly we went to the boudoir and lacy stuff. Once I saw my photos in these outfits, I thought hot damn, Nadine you made me look too good. If you're thinking of getting a photoshoot done either for just yourself or maybe to impress your other half-- all while being pampered, transformed and feeling completely comfortable while doing it-- contact Nadine asap. You're going to get the best.

Nadine Sachiko was wonderful, kind, and made the whole experience fun and exciting (I was nervous since it was my first time). I was lucky that there was an available booking a few days after I put in a request and it was 2 weeks before Valentine's day. I had the option of bringing my own clothes or try hers. The package I bought was for makeup, hair, 2 outfits and shoes. Nadine knows what she is doing! She will help you with your poses every step of the way. Tip: Stretch before you go (I don't workout) because you will be holding the poses the entire time and my body was sore. You will be there for about 4 hours. Nadine's work was great. Not as much photoshop was needed and she sends you proofs/drafts of how it would look in an album! She made the whole process easy! I will go back to her again for family or couples photos next time!
