We moved to a location that…read moreonly provides this internet and it cuts out all the time and takes HOURS to download games or apps! We have reached out to the "provider" and they are bad customer service. I'd also like to add that we pay for the "highest speed" and it's still terrible. Don't expect to use this internet in a rainy day or with clouds present we use our phone hotspots. Edit: You are a scammer. If you actually cared and read my comment; I stated that I did reach out and your customer service was awful, your company just coached us to continue paying for the most expensive Internet option, which I stated is continuously, awful. You always use the excuse of wanting to know customer names, Martin when people have explained there's households previously. You don't need to try and educate us on downloads. We have had exceptionally way better Internet that could download way quicker than this junk service. Download speed doesn't affect this junk to cut out when it's cloudy or rainy or even on a clear day! It's an ongoing issue that multiple reviews have stated. Even the Google AI slanders this Internet company based off of so many negative reviews. Keep on scamming, what goes around comes around.

Requested to cancel due to moving and got a voicemail to schedule a day to shut off service and pick up equipment. Been a whole 24 hours since the voicemail and I have not had a chance to call them back and come home to no service and locked out of my account. Mind you I still have a couple weeks until what would've been my next bill. So I paid for the WHOLE month not a couple weeks. Didn't even give me a chance to set the cancellation up to correspond with my move. Would not recommend ever! You have not made several attempts to reach me I will gladly screen shot the one phone call I received.

He is so patient and kind in his explanation (not all of us are tech savvy) he also went 100% above and beyond for us in helping to ensure our event had the connectivity we needed to be successful. I will recommend this company to all of our contacts! Chris, you are an awesome human being, and btw it was a pleasure meeting your son today as well. Thank you kind sir, for all of your hard work. May your business flourish!

I'm usually willing to give people a benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I should trust my gut more…read morewhen there are multiple red flags from the start. I reached out to Empire Satellites Inc after looking online for someone to install my new Starlink dish. Chris responded promptly via text from a different number (red flag number one). Quoted a price for the install - $349, which I thought was reasonable. Set up an appointment for the same day at 2:30pm. At 3:00 get a text that he we will be "couple of hours late" (red flag number two). OK, no problem. Finally shows up at 6:10pm. Started to look around the house to find a good location to mount the dish. Settle on a tall side gable (single story house), but his ladder is only 18', so he says that that's as high as he can mount it, not at the gable apex. Not ideal, but OK. Casually mentions that he charges an extra $100 for the "attic work" (major red flag number three). As if most people expect to have wires hanging on their exterior walls? I don't argue, but at this point I am really expecting to see stellar work quality, above and beyond attention to detail. This is where things really go to shit. Chris gets up to the facia and starts mounting the dish in a mount that I provided. I am looking from below and clearly can see that the mount is not plumb and is wobbling, as he puts three lugnut screws through the facia. He assures me that it is plenty stable. Red flag number four. Drills a hole through the wall for the cable and goes inside the house to fish for it in the attic. In the meantime, I get up the ladder and take a picture of the mount. It is clearly not fully bolted to the facia, with one of the bolts screwed at a 45 degree angle. The thing wobbles like crazy. Thirty minutes later, and two more holes in the ceiling plate from the attic, the cable is still not down to the final location, despite the fact that 5 extra ethernet cables were routed through the same wall from the attic by my electrician a few weeks before. Chris offers to surface mount the wire to the wall in the finished pantry room - ugliest, laziest install ever. Red flag number five. This is when I say "that's enough" and kick him out of my house. He is genuinely surprised when I offer to pay him only $250 for the horrendous job he did, and not the full $450 he was expecting. Before he leaves, he blames me for providing a bad mount for the dish, and tries to upsell his own mount for $100. Unbelievable. I have worked with dozens of subs int he last two years while building my house, and know my way around tools and trades. This was one of the worst experiences. The guy has the worst work ethic and zero integrity.

Mike at the Promenade Mall T-Mobile (Store #2310) is absolutely amazing!…read more We've been T-Mobile customers for years, but honestly, our experiences haven't always been great. Too often we've encountered employees who seem uninterested, don't really know the products they're selling, or just want customers out of the store so they can get back to gossiping with coworkers or scrolling on their phones. The day before meeting Mike, we visited another T-Mobile store and had a terrible experience. The lady completely dismissed what my son was trying to explain, was arrogant and condescending, and treated him as though he had no idea what he was talking about. We left frustrated, with our issue still unresolved. Thankfully, we called around and ended up speaking with Mike at Store #2310. Right from the phone call, he stood out. He patiently walked us through the T-Mobile app, answered all of our questions, and treated us with genuine respect. It was some of the best customer service I've experienced from a T-Mobile employee. Because of that experience, we called Mike back a couple of days later and made the trip to his store specifically to replace the phone. We were so glad he was there! He made the entire process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Employees like Mike are exactly why customers stay loyal to T-Mobile. His professionalism, product knowledge, patience, and genuine care for his customers are outstanding. If you're looking for exceptional service, I highly recommend visiting Mike at the Promenade Mall Store #2310. Thank you, Mike, for turning a frustrating experience into a great one!

I had to call every day to get updates from their customer service line, and every day I needed to "re-explain" the issue all over again as oftentimes the notes put on my case by previous reps would not show up for the new rep I was speaking to; Even the escalation department had trouble finding information about my case. Additionally, the phone customer service reps could not access and were unaware of, the conversations and information I had with the customer service team via Facebook messenger. Furthermore, neither the customer service department nor the escalation department could contact their installation team without going through a "middle-man" department called dispatch. Turns out everything was scheduled and ready to go from the start, according to my builder, who was one of only two groups able to get consistent contact with the installation team. There were various other frustrating oddities I encountered in my communications with Frontier: there was the escalation department rep who promised to followup every day until the issue was resolved but then went silent after day two having been unable to provide me any updates at all regarding my case; there were the numerous attempts made, or so I was told, to contact the installation/engineering team and dispatch team to no avail, or so I think because there was no followup, etc etc. The only team on Frontier seemingly able to contact the installation department was the one I contacted Via Facebook messenger. In summary, the company provides a good service, no internet problems as of yet, however, their inter-departmental communication is non-existent. You as a customer will be left in the dark, it is very much a blind leading the blind operation.

Internet service is mid.
