This internet is completely awful! The negative reviews echo truely. We moved to a location that only provides this internet and it cuts out all the time and takes HOURS to download games or apps! We have reached out to the "provider" and they are bad customer service. I'd also like to add that we pay for the "highest speed" and it's still terrible. Don't expect to use this internet in a rainy day or with clouds present we use our phone hotspots. Edit: You are a scammer. If you actually cared and read my comment; I stated that I did reach out and your customer service was awful, your company just coached us to continue paying for the most expensive Internet option, which I stated is continuously, awful. You always use the excuse of wanting to know customer names, Martin when people have explained there's households previously. You don't need to try and educate us on downloads. We have had exceptionally way better Internet that could download way quicker than this junk service. Download speed doesn't affect this junk to cut out when it's cloudy or rainy or even on a clear day! It's an ongoing issue that multiple reviews have stated. All around terrible company. The speeds are horrible. The price is way too high for low grade internet. Lack of communication when there's outages. Customer service is useless. Requested to cancel due to moving and got a voicemail to schedule a day to shut off service and pick up equipment. Been a whole 24 hours since the voicemail and I have not had a chance to call them back and come home to no service and locked out of my account. Mind you I still have a couple weeks until what would've been my next bill. So I paid for the WHOLE month not a couple weeks. Didn't even give me a chance to set the cancellation up to correspond with my move. Would not recommend ever! We pay over a $100 for internet. The proof of the speed is in the picture. This review is long overdue, and I'm thrilled to share our experience with Accel. They are absolutely outstanding--always going above and beyond to ensure that any issues we encounter are resolved quickly and efficiently. We run a bed and breakfast in Wine Country, and last Friday evening, our internet went down after hours. As you can imagine, guests can get quite frustrated when the Wi-Fi is out, and it adds a lot of stress on us as owners, as we're always striving to provide the best possible stay. I reached out to Martin via email around 9 pm, and he responded immediately. It turned out that a malicious attack from an infected device attempted to compromise the system, causing the network to shut down for security. Martin quickly reconfigured the settings and got the Wi-Fi up and running again. The internet service that Accel provides has always been speedy and reliable in our experience. I've seen some negative reviews of Accel but I believe many of them come from frustration or misunderstandings about the nature of the service. There have been occasions when our Wi-Fi has gone down, but the issue has almost always turned out to be related to things outside of Accel's control, like a failing router or tree growth blocking the line of sight to the microwave tower. These kinds of outages are not something that Accel can fix or even assess right away and what I think often happens is that some customers just know their internet is down and unfortunately Accel becomes collateral damage for their frustrations. On one such occasion when our router did fail, Martin scheduled a technician to come out the next day (on a weekend, no less!) to install a commercial-grade router that's been far more stable. Let's be real--Frontier would never do that! A special shout-out also goes to co-owner Cheryl, who's always so helpful, friendly, and makes sure you know you're in excellent hands. Thank you, Accel! All of the negative reviews on this company are true. Look how I was attacked on Google by Martin for defending myself and spreading awareness of this unprofessional"owner" of the company. I was very uncomfortable speaking with him I was extremely uncomfortable because his tone with me was very unprofessional and abrasive. He would constantly cut me off and speak over me. He is extremely passive aggressive and demeaning. All I was trying to do is help my great grandma by getting more service added to her house because she has a guest home and fifth wheel that don't have service that reaches them and this embarrassment of an "owner" responds in passive aggressive paragraphs ! It's clear to see he answered my question which was "You are abrasive do you speak to all your customers like this?" By reading all these reviews and instead of being mature he attacks them. Lol. I was never frustrated I was extremely uncomfortable by his entitled attitude. We are your customers. When it does happen, they are quick to resolve the problem and let the customer know what's going on. Any negative reviews on this company I question. We have been forced to receive this service since we live in a community that doesn't allow other providers. In my opinion this is probably how they get customers because no one that needs decent wifi would continue with this company. Service always seems to turn off on random days AFTER service hours so you can't even talk to someone about it until the next day. Work from home? Don't get this service, completely unreliable. Play games online? Forget about it, not possible. Like to watch live streams? You would be lucky if you got to watch in 160p. The service is down right now as I type this, it's 10:07pm and there is no one to call because they're closed. It's just extremely frustrating to pay monthly for something that doesn't work how it's advertised. Skip this company, go to one of the big dogs. Update: despite that I've paid, 15 minutes after I posted this, he disconnected our internet. Unreal. First, know that Martin wrote my husband today and said, "...you better get your wife straight." The woman's suffrage is over... and his attitude is exactly one from the 1900's. What business man says that to a customer? Please view his text below. Anyhow, The worst ever. Martin passes the buck when things don't work and blows you off. I had great service for a year and then added a tower because he blamed outlet slow internet on Airbnb using it. That was June/July. From that point, I was getting 7 MPS down and 1.8 up. After not being able to stream for my business, he kept blaming us when his own technician had the same issue on their equipment. What is happening is the speed makes it to the tower but it doesn't make it to the modem. They've given every excuse under the sun while charging me 160 a month and 400 for a new tower (and 1100 for the original one). I guarantee, if you have any problems they WILL never take responsibility and tell you anything from you aren't turning wireless off (which we are), to wind, to trees in the way of the tower, your computer, you you you you despite the technician encountering the very same issue and saying there is a problem that he can't figure out. Martin won't admit they don't know, instead, he'll threaten you and berate you. I live only 1/3 mile from the city limits on Anza and De Portola with a clear shot to the main tower... Martin is lazy, and completely incompetent if you have trouble. Beware... there are other isp providers that are good: Pacific Lightwave and Southern California Telephone Company. I will test speeds to your router again when I get him in the next couple hours but when I tested last night before going to bed I was able to pull 30 down and 15 up from your router you told me 6-10 was more then enough for your upload. The service is interrupted often. I am pleased with the service when it is working properly. We have no other option for our internet service where we live and run our business thru the internet.We have clients all around the world on different time zones. We are loosing money and business as we speak. It's to the point we may have to consider moving out of Saddleback mobile estates where we can get solid internet.We cant keep upsetting our clients and losing money.Thats about $4000 less per year & thats just one unhappy client..There are more clients that are getting frustrated with us. I am a small business owner. My company is a 1 woman dyeing, spinning, and teaching company. I am affliated with Namaste Farms, Natalie Redding as a certified teacher in the Redding Method style of dyeing. She is based in California and I live In Indiana. All of my instructions, including continuing education is done via online. Due to the poor internet quality, many of my classes are broken up, with poor video and poor audio. Classes have been rescheduled and now cancelled due to the internet issues. This is causing me to fall behind in my continuing education credits. Along, with missing out on new methods of teaching this art form. If the internet issues aren't fixed I may loose my teaching certificate. I would think that an internet company in California should be able to rectify all problems that are occurring in California with their subscribers. This is by far the worst internet service! About 6 months ago I was blamed that it was not working because my ipad was downloading something. (All of my devices were powered off at this time.) Prior to that it was extremely slow. I was informed that the internet was still not working while I (and my electronic devices were off property). The owner is extremely rude, insulting, and instead of fixing the issue he blames the customer! He continues to charge for a service that doesn't work and then has the nerve to turn it off! Probably the only company in the US that continued to charge Covid late fees during the time the FCC, state, and federal regulators asked that internet providers join the effort to help consumers with unnecessary fees. To add insult to injury they automatically charge you $30 if you are a day late. Their service is often down. Their equipment can't handle rain or wind. There is a lot of throttling. The company is snarky. I love my voicemail from the young woman with the lovely (sarcasm) tone. They are just a sad company. I've had Accel for at least 5 years now (probably longer). I like that their pricing is a flat rate - no hidden fees, taxes, etc. Whenever I have had a technical issue, they have always tried to fix it from their end, even after hours. We have been using Accel for several years now. They are 1,000% better than the one other company that provides service in our area. The service is great. The customer service is great, and I have been able to convert many of my neighbors to their services who are all happy clients. One of the things I loved was when our adult kids were home for the summer, or when everyone was home during covid, I was able to make 1 phone call to boost our service to handle the multiple people in our home. Once everyone went back to work, I was able to go back to our original plan which works fine. They are so easy to work with and their communication with their clients when outages happen (whether planned or not) is awesome. read more

We continue to have great service from Accel Wireless. We've been using them since 2018 and not only did they allow us to kick what was then Verizon to the curb but we also were able to switch over to Vonage for our phone needs. I work from home and have to VPN to numerous clients and Accel provides a fast connection that allows me to work remotely full-time. On the very few occasions that Accel had to do maintenance on their equipment, I was notified well in advance and they kept the down time to a minimum. I think this has happened maybe 2 or 3 times in the last four years. Their customer service is the best and has enabled me to have great, fast service for years. On my recommendations, several of my neighbors out here in Wine Country have also signed up with them and are also happy with the service. Couldn't be happier than I am with Accel! read more

I'm super pissed because I was told this is my only option in my community. I can't afford cable so I do streaming services. Even when weather is normal , we get nowhere close to normal speeds and we have the most expensive residential service. I live out in the wineries of Temecula and WIFI has ALWAYS been an issue. My IT guy actually turned me on to this local company. I love that they are like a ma and pa company. Just sounds like in a hurry and no/yes answer. Update: Since the owner takes time to respond and apologize for my experience, I changed my review eventhough his covering up about giving some suggestions and staff lacking of pleasing personality. Our service address is located in an area of Temecula that does not have service coverage by the standard big name companies. To try to enhance service over a pokey phone line based service I reached out to Accel Wireless. I am so glad that I did. The team at Accel has a family feel. When you contact them you are dealing with the same people and they know you by name and provide personalized service. Excellent technicians that had to deal with hell trying to get me set-up, mostly due to my own miscommunication, but they got it done and the internet signal is faster than my now former satellite plan was, where I was paying more than double for a slower than slow connection and bad customer service. Unfortunately no other providers will set us up with WiFi in our park so we had no choice but to go with Accel. Was good at first but had lots or glitches and lags so was prompted to upgrade to their "high speed" at double the cost... even tho it still isn't that bad on the price the internet is horrible... can't play most games anything other then Netflix takes forever to load. Was told it's my router and that I need to spend $150-$200 dollars on a gaming router when I never had this problem with spectrums basic internet.
