Gave up on the dishwasher, after a wait time of over 6 weeks for Ken's appliances engineer, in which time the dishwasher had gone mouldy due to the unresolved issue. Despite remaining warranty we chose not to continue with this cycle of unresolved dishwasher issues and bought a new one with another company to avoid dealing with Ken's appliances again. Engineer installing the new dishwasher diagnosed the original issue within minutes, unfortunately due to the extensive mould inside the dishwasher it was entirely unusable at this point. Disgusted at the amount of money we have thrown away due to Ken's appliances.
