That wasn't my issue. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 p.m. I confirmed it multiple times beforehand because I had to take time away from work. When I arrived, I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes with absolutely no communication. No one came out to acknowledge me, apologize for running late, or even let me know what was going on. I had to text just to find out if I was still going to be seen. Eventually I was told she was "cleaning," but never once did she step out to personally apologize or explain the delay. Since I work two jobs, I couldn't keep waiting indefinitely. I had already used my lunch break, driven to the appointment, and lost valuable work time. To accommodate her schedule, I agreed to come back the following morning after she assured me she would come in early specifically to treat me. Unfortunately, the communication issues continued. I called multiple times to confirm the appointment and continued receiving automated text responses instead of a phone call or confirmation from the office. After I expressed my frustration, I received an apology, but I was also told that "the few people who can't understand that don't belong in my chair anyway." That statement was disappointing because it completely missed the point. I wasn't upset that she was running behind--I was upset by the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. Being a solo provider is hard, and I truly respect anyone building a business. But customer service is part of running that business. When clients are taking time off work, using their gas, rearranging their schedules, and trusting someone with cosmetic procedures that cost hundreds of dollars, the least they deserve is timely communication and respect for their time. A simple "Hi, I'm so sorry I'm running behind. Thank you for your patience," would have changed this entire experience. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, I won't be returning.

About a year or so ago I met Allison Reynolds and she has changed my life! I learned she is a P.A. so she was extremely knowledgeable and had a medical answer for every question I had asked and especially regarding the skin care needs of women. She took a look at my skin after getting Botox and suggested microneedling. I had never heard of this procedure but I thought "oh boy here we go again". I loved her personality so much I thought well why not give it a try? The price was very affordable and she did an excellent job on my Botox so I trusted her. I noticed a HUGE difference after just one treatment! I wanted to cry! I just had my third treatment, there is essentially no down time, it's far less expensive than any other procedure I've tried and for me essentially pain free! My scars are nearly gone now and I recommend this procedure to everyone even if you don't have scars. It tightens your skin, takes away stretch marhave seen before and after photos of her own stretch marks and they too are essentially gone! I did my research beforehand and saw some very scary photos and I was apprehensive but I am so glad I was in the right hands. I can't say enough great things about this spa. If I could give Om Spa TEN STARS I certainly would!! These photos were right after Micro-needling (and the little dots are Botox, I bruise super easily), it just kind of looks like a sunburn and you can put mineral makeup over it if you need to.
