The high cost of their treatments, DOES NOT reflect the results. Did the co2 laser and do not recommend!! The results were very minimal and short lived - worst $3000 I've ever spent! The 3 rounds of Botox here were the least effective I've ever had done. Total waste of time and money. read more

Haley is wonderful. Cool Sculpting is new to me though I've now completed two sessions for stomach area and "flanks" (e.g., love handles). I could not be in better hands than with Haley! She is all the things you want in a medical spa practitioner...knowledgeable, informative, professional, skilled in technique, and also friendly and accommodating. If I could think of more compliments I would include them because she is the best of the best. They really push fillers which is irritating and that sales pitch seems to be their bread and butter that comes with a huge price tag. Not interested. I don't like the filler "look" that absolutely is obvious. And I don't appreciate them planting the seed that if I didn't get fillers, I just look bad. read more

I have come here for coolsculpting and now I regularly have Botox here. The staff is so accommodating and amazing! I've never met a group of employees that go so far to take good care of their clients. I've worked most with Jennie and she's amazing! I had coolsculpting done here a couple of months ago, there was a small issue I wanted to ask them about and they fit me in immediately and took such great care of me. I had 3 IPL treatments at Spa 35. I was completely disappointed by the results. They must not have used the right settings on the machine for my skin type. I hardly saw any difference after the 3 treatments, which were not cheap. I waited until after the 3rd treatment to really assess the results. Sadly, my skin was basically the same as it was prior to the treatments. The lady who performed the IPL mentioned that they had a new setting or machine (can't remember which) for redness which she was going to use on me. So I was excited and expecting to get amazing results. I have had IPL facials in the past at a different location, and the before and after results were very dramatic. Previously, 3 IPL treatments completely eliminated redness and flushing, and gave my skin a smoother texture. I also got what they call "coffee grounds" that appeared after each treatment which are brown pigmentation spots that surface and then fade away. The results from those 3 treatments alone lasted 10 years. However, I didn't get any of these results with the IPL at Spa 35. I gave 2 stars because the facility is clean and nice, and the front office staff was pleasant. I just wish I didn't waste my money for their IPL photo facials that were painful but not at all effective. I think they need more education on how to operate the machines to get the results their clients pay a lot of money for. read more

I read reviews on several spas and decided on spa 35. I did not feel comfortable at first since it was my first time ever, I was nervous. I can say for the most part the staff I encountered were friendly however I am not pleased with my results. I asked about laser hair removal which no one addressed. I was interested in botox and/or fillers both of which I had never had. The injector was nice and when she started the treatment injected my forehead which I told her I did not think I needed it since I do not have wrinkles there. Her response was it just ties everything in nicely, so I agreed. I had the 11's injected and around the top of my lip, I do think the 11's look better as well as my forehead. However my forehead looks like I am sixteen again but makes the rest of my face look even older. My eyelids drooped for a few weeks (they are a little better) and my upper lip felt dead and is still not normal, the injections did nothing to the wrinkles. I also had fillers in my frown lines which is my biggest concern, I do not see any difference. I know if they did not have a small special going on I would have spend more than the $700 I spent but I expected better results. $700 to make my forehead younger looking, my upper lip dead and my jowl areas no difference was not worth the money. I do like that the 11's between my eyes look better but again that was not worth $700.00. I have seen videos on YouTube on procedures since my visit to spa 35 and the injectors do amazing work. I felt rushed and that I was not an individual to discuss better options for my age. Not sure I would use them again. I have women I work with who are from California and they all go back to California for their procedures done, they are not comfortable using someone in the Boise area. That is too bad. I think spa 35 is for younger women preventing the aging process. Older women who are just now getting into skin care and wanting a fresher look after years of working, raising children and being a caregiver for family, who are finally able to spend time and money on themselves may want to look elsewhere. read more

I went there for B 12 injections about one year ago. The owner was nice enough. The lady that gave me the shot was nice. I did not feel as comfortable there as other med spas. There was a rep there that was selling me a treatment for my dark spots. This lady looked at me like I wasthe ugliest thing she had ever seen. Again the Spa 35 people were nice.
