I am confident that I receive very good advice from Carrie and her team on how to maintain my skin with selected treatments and using the proper products and sunscreen to protect my "investment." I had a Profound treatment that cost $3,500. I had the treatment by The owner, Carrie, who by the way was a doll. Very personable, flexible and available. My only problem was the lack of results. Carrie was wonderful, however that didn't produce any results. I had the procedure end of summer early fall 2021 and Nothing but a horrible bruised face to show for it. I was told it would take time, wow , what does that mean? My philosophy is always to cut my losses and NEVER return to a place or business that provided unsatisfactory results. I won't be returning to this Med spa. An update: a couple of weeks ago 2/12, I had a "fat transfer" at Silk Touch Med spa. Today I literally have a new face and love it. The price $3,500. I will be returning to Dr Kerr for anything else I want done. I tried to load the pictures from the Profound treatment but was not able to do it. read more

Crooks! I had Kybella done at this place and my chin is actually worse after than it was before. I spent $1200 on this procedure and realized after several months (it can take time to see results) that there was absolutely no difference. I even did profile before and after pictures. When I had my consultation she gave 3 recommendations one being Kybella. After the fact, when I realized there was no change, I went back in and she told me I was not a good candidate for Kybella. Why was this then an option at my consultation? I was then told I can spend $3,500 on another procedure, "That would be more effective for my aging skin." I was also told I need a facelift at 44 years of age. I am a single mom and my hate for my chin made me do this procedure just to throw my money down the drain. I would not recommend this place. I started going to see Carrie 13 years ago. I had multiple surgery on my face and lips for cancer and thought she may be able to help with the scarring and help reshape my lips to what they were prior to the cancer. I was Not disappointed! Three years ago I recommended that mom go see Carrie for a treatment called Profound. I was told the treatment was "uncomfortable" but not painful and that it would likely last for an hour. After three hours my mom was finally finished. Her face was swollen, red and bruised. Come to find out, they did not implement any pain management, not even numbing cream. Profound is more than just "uncomfortable" it can be extremely painful. In fact, it's so painful that many other med spas apply numbing cream, let it sit for 30-45 minutes and follow it up with an injectable anesthesia. So, I assume Alante would follow the same protocol. They did not. I feel terrible that I recommended this to my mom. Needless to say I have not returned for any other treatments. As for the results, we are still waiting. read more

Bone Marrow Stem cells are a must. I just got nauseous from all the vampire facials. Carrie transformed the red ring I had around my face from a CO2 treatment gone wrong over at The Spa. And for any acne sufferers the Agnes is effective at minimizing breakouts. I lost quite a bit of fat on my cheeks from it though because it's also made for contouring. Tattoo laser removal was ineffective, unfortunately. I spent over a thousand dollars to remove a tattoo with poor results. Now I just have an ugly blob on my skin. The technician I worked with did an amazing job and was knowledgeable and friendly, but when she was out of the office someone else changed my treatment plan and dishonored the course of treatment I had been guaranteed. I am surprised to read the negative yelp reviews for this business. I am extremely picky about who I choose as my medi spa. I found Allante Life through a promotion they were having two years ago and I have been going there ever since I have serious hyper pigmentation and was not getting results from the medi spas both in LA and Boise. Carrie assessed my skin and really worked hard to find the right solution. In the end I got an obaji blue peel. My skin looked amazing when she was done. Every other place I went to did not understand the issue and in the end I was sold products that didn't work. I am so grateful to Carrie. One of my biggest complaints about med spas is the up-selling. I never feel like I am being "hoodwinked" into extra products or unnecessary treatments here. In fact there were times where I would request something and Carrie would suggest I wait as she did not feel I needed it. So rare to find that these days! I was a loyal client of Carrie's for several years. Following a failed Botox treatment ($350) from Carrie didn't she told me that natural red heads can develop an immunity to Botox. She said it was documented all over the internet. Red heads developing immunity to Botox is totally ridiculous and a flat out lie. There is no medical explanation to back up her claim. All Carrie had to do was back up her work/products and I would've continued to come to her. I have reached out to her several times for an explanation with no response. I now go elsewhere and will NEVER return/refer to Allante or Carrie. There are many places to get Botox that stand behind their services...Allante Life isn't one of those. read more

Friendly & you get a couple choices in financial expenses being paid monthly (they average out how many units you get and figure you getting your botox, every 3-4 months.. plus a free product of your choice. Paying monthly does exclude your options of taking advantage of the " 12 days of........" Specials and @ the 12 day cost... You're able to walk in & get your injections on time & without paying at the visit. You do get a discount per unit for paying monthly. U also earn rewards. Honestly, Carrie is sweet and has given me great care. I visited for the first time last fall, and won two syringes of Voluma which she injected in my Marrionette lines and cheek area. Immediate lift, and fill. I look 10 years younger. She suggested I go with Juvederm around my lips and she did a procedure which made my upper lip more Cupid's Bow'ish. Yes, in the process I got a tiny bit of bruising in one spot, smaller than a pencil eraser and it disappeared in two days. Carrie told me as soon as she saw it bruising..that's honesty. I am pleased with Carrie, her staff, and her pricing. My suggestion: before you have anything done, make sure you are not allergic. Meanwhile, read up and please be informed. Bought an expensive package. Didn't use the entire thing and was told I had more left to use at a later date. I called back to make an appointment to use what was left, the secretary asked what part of the remaining package I wanted to use. I told her I wasn't sure (didn't know what I had left) so she said I could just come in and decide at that time. I made the appointment, let the owner know I only wanted to do what was left on my package. She stated she didn't deal with that part of it and would ask her secretary. She came back in doing d a few injections. Her secretary walked in and stated there was nothing left. Ended up paying an extra 200.00, then was asked if I wanted to be put on a monthly plan. Don't trust them anymore. Always wanting to sell you something and most always a hidden charge. Won't go again read more

I do not recommend this spa. I purchased a saving face membership and did not receive all of my treatments. The first few months were fine with the exception of a bad response from an ipl and a scar I carry after a year that Cari assured me would ho away. But after my technician was let go I got differing accounts of what I had left to use on my plan. My treatment records were revised after the fact and after I was assured the records were up to date. I contacted the spa and Katie said she would get back with me but never did. I again re contacted her after several months and again was put off. I tried again a couple of months ago and was told she would get back with me when Cari returned again no response. I am done trying at this point and would never be comfortable going to or would recommend this spa. read more

Allante did not keep track of my records; they led me to believe my contract was still valid, kept treating me, but were not taking the minthly fee from my account. Months later they informed me I owed them close to $400!! The owner turned me over to collections even though I have been making payments. The reason she said she did this is because she cant trust me due to a review that she doesnt agree with that I had given them online. Very confrontational and not willing to work with me at all, even when I was being cooperative and trying to resolve my account with her. Not to mention the fact I received 22 months of laser hair removal and still am having to shave...definately not worth the time, money, and now hassle with closing my account with them. read more

I went to Allante Life for the first time in December of last year. I loved the facial I received but the botox I received (I have been getting botox for 7 years in California) made my right eye droop. Given it was my first time here I let it slide and spoke to Karri about it. She said sometimes that does happen and that next time we wouldn't put as much on that side and change the injection site a tad. I just went back in October for the Boo tox party and am so horrified by what happened it has taken me a week to even be able to write about it. When I went into the room to receive my injections I reminded her that last time my eye drooped and that we weren't going to use as much. I had told them several times I react well to botox and do not need that much to make a difference in the way I like to see. Not only was I not listened to but she injected more botox than I have ever received. Now both my eyes are sunken in, in the inside corners and my eyebrows look like I am the love child of Spock and Jack Nicholson. I can barely look in the mirror. It is horrible. I will never be going back to this place. Ever. read more
