Carol was cold, rigid and unfriendly. The environment was unwelcoming and lacking in any ambiance. Blues music was playing. Cold cream applied to my face for my micro-current facial I purchased through groupon. I understand this is a pseudo-medical procedure, so I shouldn't have expected a relaxing environment, but Carol, use some aromatherapy, a candle, oils, anything! I have been seeing Carol for blood facials (the kind that Kim K gets). She uses a 12 point needle brush (after anesthetic of course) all over your face and then rubs stem cells on you. Literally I was so scared to go but not only was is not painful (she goes into the deeper winkles with a deeper needle brush and that can be uncomfortable but she makes it quick when she does areas like that) but I already look at least five years younger. The wrinkle I had between my eyes and on my forehead are 90% gone already, so are my crow's feet- I've had two. I'm getting a third done this week I love them so much. The crazy thing is that it even gets rid of acne, I went when I was breaking out and I thought she would tell me that she couldn't do it, she said it would turn over new skin and pull everything out of the pores, the two weeks after it heals all the stuff comes out of the pores, all my bumps and unevenness are gone, the blotchiness I had in color is gone. My experience was horrible. First, when you walk in it's dirty. Then Carol puts you on a bed with a very used blanket; again it was dirty. Even Carol seemed disheveled. She was crass while working on me and said very inappropriate political comments. I couldn't wait to get out the door. read more
