I found Jenna through Instagram and was truly amazed at her work so I thought I would check her out. I booked my appointment through the website and it was easy to use. I arrived at my appointment early and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The decor is so chic and calming, it really sets the tone for your appointment. I was unsure what to book for my skin type but Jenna and I discussed the goal I am trying to achieve for my skin and was able to help answer any questions I had to choose the right treatment. I had a Chemical Peel done. Let me tell you it was the most painful treatment I have ever had, my skin literally felt like it was in fire and so raw, BUT Jenna helped take the pain away instantly and helped me feel so relaxed. PAIN IS BEAUTY EVERYONE! Jenna is probably the sweetest person I have ever met and she is so knowledgeable about skin care. She is always available to answer questions and she really takes care of you to help you feel comfortable and relax Just after the session was over my skin was glowing! Jenna has cultivated a best in class facility with the staff to match- from Amy at the front desk to Sadie assisting Jenna, I am very impressed with technique, knowledge and experience to handle a situation that at most places would have been a reschedule and turn it around into a complete success. Jenna is AMAZING!! So nice, professional, caring, knowledgeable. Walks you thru everything. Answers all your questions and concerns. Had a facial by Laura. So relaxing and my skin afterwards was BEAUTIFUL! Abby did my brows and I couldn't be happier! My recommendation, if you go is to ask for these ladies....I DO NOT recommend Sadie...in my opinion she is less than professional, unapproachable, snarky, self-absorbed. I just recently had an appointment with Sarah for a laser hair removal treatment, I can't even rave enough about the Diolaze! (Hope I spelled that right). I went to another place for hair removal in the past and it was really uncomfortable, the nurse was semi-unprofessional and I'm really mad at myself for wasting money elsewhere. Sarah was informative, knowledgable, and made me comfortable with the procedure! She is so easy to talk to and it was over before I knew! Amazing experience, I finally found my new place in Buffalo! I went for preventative botox and a lip flip with Lindsay. She was super sweet and did a great job. I've been getting these treatments periodically over the past few years, but this was my first time going to Jenna L Goldsmith and everyone was very professional and reassuring. After my first appointment with Lindsay I went ahead and booked lip injections with Sadie (I recommend booking way in advance and/or checking the website periodically if you want to try to get in for a quick appointment.)
