Withheld my test results after receiving them and would not give them to me until I asked like 5 times. Additionally, I was prescribed a medication that has previously given me a life threatening illness. Shawn insisted I needed to take the medication because there was an infection. After sharing the same lab results with actual doctors, they assured me there was no infection and I did not need to be taking the medicine that Shawn insisted I should take. Either she cannot accurately read results or she lied to my face to not admit she made a mistake. I am filing a complaint with the Tx Board of Nursing.
