After completing five sessions, the hair growth in all treated areas appeared essentially unchanged compared to when I started. A few aspects of the process stood out to me: I was treated by two different technicians, and the experience was not consistent. During my most recent session, I was told that effective laser treatment typically involves some level of discomfort. However, the first four sessions were completed with no discomfort at all, which raised questions for me about whether the energy settings had been sufficient. The first session was performed on overgrown hair, and I was later informed this was not ideal and could negatively impact effectiveness. I was required to arrive fully shaved before each session, which meant the clinic never had the opportunity to visually assess natural regrowth between treatments. As a result, there was no clear evaluation of progress or opportunity to adjust the protocol along the way. When I raised concerns about the lack of results, explanations focused primarily on individual or physiological factors rather than a detailed review of the technical setup or laser parameters used during my sessions. During my discussion with management, possible medical or hormonal factors were mentioned as an explanation for the outcome, including references to treatments or products that were said to have been provided by the clinic. This was confusing to me, as it did not align with my actual treatment history or what I had received. I would have preferred a clearer, more factual review of the laser settings and execution rather than assumptions about medical factors that did not match my records. When discussing possible resolutions, the clinic offered either one additional session or a refund for the unused final session. I appreciated the gesture, though given the total investment and the outcome after five sessions, I would have welcomed a more comprehensive review of the treatment parameters earlier in the process. During the in-person discussion, when I asked whether the laser settings themselves could have contributed to the results, the conversation was concluded without a technical review. The clinic owner, whose involvement was one of the reasons I initially chose this clinic, was not present during this stage of the process. I understand that results can vary from person to person. However, when a treatment is paid for in advance at this level, I believe consistent execution, proper assessment between sessions, and transparent communication are essential. I hope this feedback helps future clients make informed decisions and helps the clinic review its internal processes.

I clearly asked for that exact formula, repeated myself multiple times, and wrote down the quote immediately in my appointment notes. A week later, I followed up, only to ask what I needed to avoid before the peel. That's when I was randomly told the price was actually $310, and that I had misunderstood. I had not. My communication was direct and specific from the beginning. When I calmly expressed the experience was frustrating given the back & forth with them, and offered a very fair compromise, $60 off, I was told I was "too nervous" and that no discount would satisfy me. That was both false and patronizing. I never raised my voice, never demanded anything unreasonable, and still expressed interest in keeping the appointment. Instead, they chose to cancel and try to frame me as the problem. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first uncomfortable experience. During my previous visit, I casually asked the injector about smile lines. I said nothing else, but she pointed out jowls. something I hadn't mentioned at all. Her tone came off more critical than constructive, and it left me feeling picked apart instead of supported. I also downloaded their app, which clearly stated I had $50 off my next treatment. When I brought it up, I was told I couldn't use it. The pattern I experienced: A quoted price that suddenly changed, Gaslighting language to avoid responsibility, Undermining comments that felt personal not professional, Advertised rewards that weren't honored. It's clear this business isn't used to women advocating for themselves without backing down. We Clients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect, not vague pricing, shifting explanations, or dismissive attitudes when we speak up. Be careful if you plan to visit!
