It has been 6 months since I finished my treatment and I never got this deposit refunded. Come to find out it was put towards store credit. I called and was given no resolution. What happened to the workout machines that I have been using? They closed for a week or so to "remodel". They took out what looks like most of the machines on the floor and replaced most of them with two cycling or stationary weight machines. These may be good but there is a very large space whey there is nothing but lines on the floor where the workout machines were that I used to use. I am not a happy member. read more

She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable beforehand, and checked in with me throughout the process. I'll be honest: the laser doesn't feel amazing. Some areas you can't feel it at all, other areas feel like a sharp sting. But the cooling mechanism they have really helps, and they have an aloe lotion for you to use afterwards. All of my appointments have been on time (except for when I was sitting in the parking lot for a 3:45 appt and it was actually scheduled for 3:15!) They called to see what my ETA was around 3:25... Oh, just sitting in the lot until my appointment. Such a great laugh! They are very responsive and have attention to detail. I would recommend their laser system (I've had bikini, underarms, and lower legs), their estheticians, and their convenient Cypress location. I stop by the local cupcake, yogurt , or smoothie place after all of my treatments to soothe my soul. I only wish there was a tipping station set up. Really clean and efficient place. I've always been seen on time for my appointments and they've called to confirm before each of them, which I appreciate. Convenient hours and location too. The sessions have gotten quicker and quicker, gratefully, as some of the treatment areas are pretty painful but it doesn't last long. This location is great! I've been in and out in less than 30 minutes with all my appointments here. The staff is very accommodating and cordial. The waiting area has sinful chocolate candy waiting to be eaten and a selection of different drinks for customers. She answers any and all questions and helps distract me when working on the slightly painful areas.
